Alex has emerged as one of the gifted reviewers of recreational yachts...and this is a perfect example. Congratulations to XO for bringing their boat to UA-cam viewers and keen yachtsmen, as he certainly does this amazing XO DEFNNDR 9 full justice.
It was a real joy to go along on this excursion. More content like this, longer form stuff showing the lifestyle and experiences that boats help define, would be very welcome indeed. Not sure if that jibes with mby's mission but it's certainly relevant to my interests, just my 2 cents. I'll add this was very well done, especially considering multiple boats and crew on the move for 3 or 4 days.
Nice scenery, but some footage of the boat handling the rough conditions are clearly missing. Also, why instistng on slow motion when showing the boat in anything but in the flat sea? I am aware it looks better, but you are showing a boat designed for rough conditions. Show it in rough conditions without filters ;-)

Great video, only complaint is a bit much videos of flat sea boating.. Would really like to see more of the boat in the rough stuff
“Brilliant video.!”
“My new DFNDR 9 will be arriving here in Vancouver, British Colombia in the next couple of months.”
Cheers
Nice Steve. I have my eye on one too and live in Vancouver. Enjoy.
Did your boat arrive yet?
