Lincolnshires Best Biking Roads? Part 1

Is the B1190 the best road in Lincolnshire for bikers? Super twisty in places with mostly good tarmac and fast sweeping open curves. It's quiet too, especially compared to other roads, not only in Lincolnshire but also neighbouring counties. It's definitely one of my very favourite roads.
Then there is the beauty of the tree lined canopy covered narrow back lanes where you just have to dawdle, as you take in the views across the verdant wolds.
Often thought of as just pancake flat, Lincolnshire is often overlooked as a beauty spot county, evident in the distinct lack of visitors, especially to the wolds.
This is just as I like it, more open roads for me. ;-)

Thanks for the Ride Out!! 🏞️Good to hear the 🐅ROAR!!🐯 and see a bit of the Countryside. Hopefully I'll be able to return the favour, when Wee Jimmy Krankie stops playing Hitler?!! I might see if I can book a lesson ( key worker) this weekend, that's the only way right now!!

@@motomogul Thanks for the link, easing up in England is weeks ahead of Scotland although under Key Worker provisions I could have sat my test in Glasgow, the only area to currently have an MC Examiner. As you might guess it's a tough city to drive in and being unfamiliar to me I felt it too much of a gamble. I do have a supportive MC trainer in Dundee, just need an examiner back to work!! I will phone the trainer's tomorrow to see if they have any news and regardless, I will go for a lesson at the weekend just to keep on top of skills and test routes. All the Best...Michael.

Hi Danny, yes it is. It’s great for motorway riding although I think some may think it’s too high for other riding, it does keep a lot of wind off. I use it on lowest setting at the moment. I prefer it to the original. Hope that helps?

That V shape at the top of the screen reminds me of the GS too. Maybe that’s why I thought a bit of green laning would be a good idea in this video? 🙄👎
