Can somebody calculate how many tons is that gold ball? I'm curious.
Im european so its gonna be in decimal - youll have to convert that yourself if you want to get imperial weights.
Anyway:
Going by Luffys height (1,74 meters) I would say the ball is about 30m^3 maybe?
1 cubic meter of Gold weighs 19 320 kilograms, so if the ball's volume is 30m^3(the ball's radius is roughly 2m), it weighs about 600 tonnes.
Given that gold's density is very high when compared to other metals and that gold ball is made of (nearly) pure gold.

Correct me if im wrong but isn't iron weaker than steel anyway? If the filler was cannon, it still wouldn't matter if iron is already weaker than steel which zorro is still training to cut. Im guessing the chains are iron and don't feel it's important enough to Google right now
