Aokiji is highly ranked, highly trained, and has a powerful devil fruit. Enel is just a dude with a god complex and a powerful devil fruit. The ice man beats him every single time.
We'll see in the future, enel will come back with that op asf devil fruit

@@dewanejaj2889 Not true. There are some DF that are just too op, for example magma, tremor, rumble, light, darkness... Those DF are just op and if they hit you you are done... Also you forget that Enel has haki (observation) and he even can enforced it with his devil fruit ability. Enel is very strong, you forget that he was only beat because Luffy is literally his natural enemy, like yeah people with armament can hit him, but he is fast as lightning and has powerful observation haki so he can just dodge that, also on the other hand nobody except Luffy has defense against Enel devil fruit...
