They both died after this episode….. RIP King and Queen. The human body was not designed to drink these many zombies, but they selflessly sacrificed for us all.
I went to The Inferno Room in Indianapolis for my 24th last year. Had to do it right and ordered a 1934 Don Beach Zombie. It kicked my ass 1/2 the way down the glass, but it's still the best drink I've ever had.
You need an Instagram for all these drinks and the amazing decor that has gone into this channel. And we need to start getting the links to the shirts in each episode.
Congrats, you two!! Spike: NOT weird that you are dating a girl from another continent.... if you can snag a classy dame like that, you just DO IT :) Great zombie-off too!
Just subscribed to your channel.. Love the historic detail on the back stories to these drinks.....also, Larissa is lovely, she would certainly be the best garnish added to any Tiki bar.
Really great video, Spike! I always want to make comparisons like that, but rarely do. Glad to know that you both like the Beachbum Berry one, since that's the one I've been making lately. At the beginning of the show, I was thinking you were going to make two of each version. I was thinking- can't you guys share? Great video at the Rincon Room, at the end!
We were already planning on doing a Zombie comparison with the original, Hamilton, and '72 Trader Vic's, but now that you've added yet another Zombie recipe and done your comparison, we must make it so. (And invite a couple of friends over when we do....)
Great identification! I can’t find the Ed Hamilton recipe on the app, only the 2007 simplified version. The original is my favorite, but 2 is definitely a good limit.
The other Trader Vic recipe is in the description of the other video with Larissa and the 1934 Zombie is the 10th(ish) video on this channel. The Hamilton Zombie recipe is on the bottle and you need that bottle to make it.
Aww man, sorry to hear about Astro. I lost mine of 13 years a couple weeks ago, it's never easy. Enough rum will make you feel better about anything though, cheers! 🍹🍹
Finally, the cork necklace reappears. I'm surprised you didn't name the new puppy "Corky"! You could give that first zombie two cherries on the pick across the glass like Larissa did it, so they look like eyes.
Everytime I had more than two zombies (and I mean a real zombie with the 4 shots of rum including 151 Demerara), I woke up the next morning and would declare myself Mormon and that I'd never touch alcohol again. So far this promise hasn't work out well for me.

😂
You two make a good couple. You deserve each other.
"Presto mucho!" And she says, "What?" Very nice you two!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Damn, Spike...meow. Nice. And the drinks looked good, too. :)
I like how you rather quickly devolve into advanced novacaine, but never entirely lose it. True professionals!

Love a Zombie! I like the blind test videos - maybe you could do one on Mai Tai’s!
Zombie test tasting is my idea of a perfect drinking night
Followed buy a rum bloody or gold monkey in the morning after

"Okay, so don't slurp the whole thing down. Just taste it."
Great episode, Spike!

Oh, and you need to make that cork necklace some Breezeway merch. 🙂
Loved the episode as always! Come to Dallas tiki week! :)

I kinda lost track which one towards the end.
Love the channel and really love those palm tree Zombie glasses. Where can I get me some? Thanks.

I just now made this Zombie and kinda liked it.
I've tried a bunch of Zombie variations. My favorite so far is Jason Alexander's Atomic Zombie.
Oooh... I'll have to try that!
Great episode mate

The recipe is on the bottle of Hamilton Zombie Blend
Awesome Hamilton Watch!
This was a fun episode!
Congratulations Spike. I'm enjoying your channel. When will you have another run of Zombie glasses? I'd rather support you than Amazon.
OH LORD!!! Fresh white grapefruit juice?!!!
Wait wait… talk to me about Cracking the Dole Whip! I must know more! 🍹
Can you put the other 3 recipes here?
