Ha ha ha ha I had the SAME response when they FINALLY bumped me up from ZERO to 100% P&T. My VSO (Veteran Service Officer) called to tell me and I thought that I heard her incorrectly, I said WHAT? !!!!! 5 decades of lost records, 5 decades of redacted files, 5 decades of being called a liar ended, finally! Blessings to you my Brother in Arms I am sooooo happy when I hear one of us was treated fairly. Keep spreading the word. Be well and remember, we were called to serve and we served with distinction and we deserve to be treated properly for doing the things we did to protect our country. Be well:)

Congrats, it boogles my mind how majority of vets don't receive any disability pay. 100% disability=free health care, free dental, $3K a month, access to any base, it's worth fighting for and shouldn't be taken for granted by anybody still in service.

Ya I served for 28 years and retired in Colorado Springs which is military town USA and couldn't believe how many young vets in perfect health were at the gym during a work day so I asked and every time was told hey its easy every vet should do it to get free medical, over 2k a month for the rest of your life and much more if you have kids, discounts on property taxes, free college and much more. They said just claim PTSD and sleep apnea and they knew vet reps who would help fill out the paperwork I said I served this country not to be dishonorable and fuck it over for free shit just because I can. If they’re successful and I’m not at 100% then I’ll be filing for headaches to reach 100%. In on a mission. Sleep apnea, anxiety with depression on appeal. I have been seeing VA doctor's for aniexty and depression as well as raging tinnitus, they ordered me some hearing aid type devices to mask noise, just saw my civilian neurologist for nerve pain in my neck and migraine headaches through the VA , I hired a lawyer but I am doing most of the work. I want to replace him...I need someone to review my medical records. 1 should I get a copy of my records from seen visits by VA and should I go ahead and file for rate increase or TDIU.
