My mom’s friend is considered by all of her doctors as a walking miracle! Her entire body was full of cancer, she has two bags, had a full hysterectomy and so many other bits removed... they gave her 2 months. That was 10 years ago and she’s still with us, living her best life! I have so much hope for you 💛💛 have a fantastic weekend you two, you deserve it! Love from Dublin xx

Been watching for a couple of weeks now, always been too afraid to comment, whatever I try to say or how I word it just makes me feel like a melon, but on the other hand, to just watch in silence seems wrong, too. I'm 41 this month, for the past 9 years, I've lived with a chronic illness which has me mostly housebound and feeling unwell and depressed. Both of your positive attitudes, your laughter and love for each other with everything being thrown at you both, has genuinely been so inspiring to me and made me realise that life is indeed what you make it and I've not been making much of mine, your vlogs and attitude have made me want to change that. Although my illness restricts what I can do physically, you have shown me that I can change mentally and make the best of what I have and not wallow for the things I used to have. You are both incredible human beings and I can't thank you both enough for showing me (and I'm sure others) that we all have inner strength to deal with whatever life throws at us and I will find mine and do the best that I can. The only 2 people in the world I can thank for that are you.

Em, I've been having a really rough time with my own health problems the last few days but was having a really rough time just now with my heart rate, watching your video helped me ignore my pain and bring my heart rate down under 130, as soon as I hit play I could just feel myself relax, you & Aisha always help me so much.

Hi there Emily and Aisha! Hello from Germany:). I just discovered your videos while being in bed with a nasty flu. I was always that person that feels very sorry for themselves when being sick. After watching your story and being amazed by your drive and energy I told myself to "girl up" and get a grip. I just signed up for a gym membership and decided to fully enjoy life after im out of bed. Thank you so much! Whatever happens, just be assured you are making a difference, just like a butterfly effect. Energy never gets lost, its a rule in physics really.

And I get what you mean about the attachments with health care staff, they see you at your best and your worse, they go through those ups and downs with you. Em, I've been having a really rough time with my own health problems the last few days but was having a really rough time just now with my heart rate, watching your video helped me ignore my pain and bring my heart rate down under 130, as soon as I hit play I could just feel myself relax, you & Aisha always help me so much.

Every day I try to put my energy and my love in the little/big things that normally I wouldn't want to do or that aren't very "exciting", like chores around the house, my workout, or going the extra-extra-extra mile to help someone. When I don't feel like doing those things I think of you, and I don't know if it sounds weird but I do those things for you, thinking that if I put my mind, strength, energy and love in everything I do, somehow you will both receive it. After watching your story and being amazed by your drive and energy I told myself to "girl up" and get a grip. I just signed up for a gym membership and decided to fully enjoy life after im out of bed. Thank you so much! Whatever happens, just be assured you are making a difference, just like a butterfly effect. Energy never gets lost, its a rule in physics really.

Omg the Savoy! Amazing!! Enjoy your stay! Take full advantage and relax! Don't worry about whether your followers are updated, take time for yourselves! And I get what you mean about the attachments with health care staff, they see you at your best and your worse, they go through those ups and downs with you. I remember when my brother was on the cancer ward and the staff were so involved in our lives, we still go and say hi sometimes if we are in the area!
