Being a native bilingual mexican (Eng-Esp) there's something so cool about watching a Spanish guy doing tech reviews in both English and Spanish, and exceeding at both! Not to be rude or anything with the Spanish thing, I just know a lot of people from there and few have a good grip of the language but you sound native and have such a clean use of wording all throughout the vids! These are always awesome, keep them coming!
Hi there! Great conversation. Coming at it from the perspective of the iPad as a business tool, it holds up fairly well vs my MBP. I took it solo on a 4 day trip and used it as my computer. Lots of multitasking. Used the pencil several times to jot customer notes. It’s a trade off vs MBP, but for traveling and on the go it did me good! Rocking the M4 11” with the accessories.
I had a 12.9" iPad Pro 3rd Gen for a few months with the magic keyboard and track pad. For me it really was not good enough to be a laptop replacement. The trackpad, while decent, is just too small for me. Opening it is a pain because of how strong the magnets are and it also feels quite heavy because of how heavy the stand had to be to balance the iPad when it's open. Then there's iPadOS. I just find that it's too gimped in a lot of ways compared to MacOS. The file system is everything I dislike about the iOS file system. And ultimately it just failed to be a proper laptop replacement for me and I since sold it and bought a used M2 Macbook Air which I'm SO MUCH happier with. I also preferred the writing experience more on my Samsung S7 Tablet which I went back to after selling the iPad.
Or -- and it might come as a shock -- you can buy a Samsung tablet. It's cheaper, it has more options for the screen size, the pen is better for taking notes, the screen aspect ratio is better for videos and if nothing in your workflow requires an ipad... why buy an ipad?
Just got this as my first iPad ever as a longtime windows and android user. That's crazy your last iPad still works good after 12 years
Yeah! I know! I can't update apps and other things, but is crazy it is still working :D
@@New3scT3ch awesome thanks for your perspective
I thought I was going to get a compatibility with android phones. But it turned out to be a regular review from a guy that uses Android. 🙄

No worries, I'm actually Portuguese, so I get it exactly what you are talking about :P
I use an iPad pro 2nd generation (10.9"). It's 6 years old.
Still works fine
Never had need to buy a new one

I will have to try it myself, but I would only take it on vacations. I can't imagine myself editing a video with the iPad 😭😭
