looks like you know what your doing, im super excited, i just bought an old d4 cat and fixed her up, gettin ready to make a road through my woods, should be a learning expierience, ive never operated a machine for dirt moving, i cant wait, thanks for the tips
I'm looking at getting into this type of work on a smaller scale to get started. Your videos have inspired me to take the leap into business ownership!! I have learned alot from watching your videos!!!
The King of Excavator! You are the master as it pertains making driveways and roads. I have learned so much between the different gravel, machines, strategies, etc. Thanks for sharing.
I love watching these road and driveway digs, I find it somehow relaxing to watch, I could watch em all day, can`t wait to see part 2, all the best buddy.
@@DigginLife21Cant see that you are making trences, i assume it will be winter/rainy there during a season, important to have trenches with underwaterpipes. How will the landscape cope with road on the edge of the hill? Thinking of mudslides etc
Working in the mountains around here does provide an interesting challenge or two. That ground reminds me of a lot of what I have seen off Bat Cave and #9. Places I'm sure you're familiar with. I will say it is rewarding work.
Very cool video! You can definitely see the work you put into making this video. And you been gone so long you grew a beard. 😀🤣 BTW another cool road build I’m jealous of…
One of your first videos I watched was when the Yanmar had you pretty upset… Like taking all the name stickers off mad!! But she still looks like a money maker$$ (that being said…your CATS are $$🤑👍)
How steep is the hill ? How steep is the driveway? Its always hard to tell in the videos. Good stuff by the way, and just in time. I have a similar job coming up.
I would not damage one tree without a very clear plan approved by the land owner/customer, in writing. The civil liability from taking out a tree which the property owner did not want removed is potentially very severe.
Been wondering where you have been and then I saw the intro of this video......have to ask Todd is the Y__Mar equipment of choice because of the step angle? Have always enjoyed your channel but your new employee is creepy! Great trailblazing
If you want a road or driveway to heaven, Todd knows how to make and get it done! He has a gift!
🙏🏻
I love the new creative things you’re doing to bring comedy and nightmares to your videos. Great work keep up the funny squirrels you’re killing me.
😁
The Michael Meyers skit was EPIC not expecting that nice touch!😂
😁
Thanks for including explanations of your technique

😂 I gotta admit that’s pretty funny they tagged your roof. Oh don’t let Michael work on your truck. He’ll probably cut the brake lines.
True story

Its been a wile, good to see ya make a video! i was starting to wonder about ya.😁😁
More to come!
Good job enjoyed it
Thanks Raymond!!!
What % tint do you have? I want to keep some light out but I don’t want it to be hard to see when I’m working in the woods. What would you recommend?
I believe it’s a 20%. Is a ceramic tint so it blocks a lot coming in but is quite easy to see out
Ceramic is great at blocking heat and the damaging UV rays . Great video Todd.
What model Cat excavator is that? Looks like a bigun!

Cat is definitely where it’s at
How much does it cost to have a road built like that?
How steep is the hill ? How steep is the driveway? Its always hard to tell in the videos. Good stuff by the way, and just in time. I have a similar job coming up.
I’m trying to keep the driveway no more than 8 degrees
😎
💪👍
Welcome back
It’s good to be back

Groovy.
Sorry for late resolve David!!! Thanks for watching
New piece of equipment? Is it orange?

Yanmar is just a bit smaller
Better watch out, sometimes even the best employees will try to stab you in the back.
Isn’t that the truth!!!
Bahaha BBQ sauce on the machete
lol! It was actually ketchup but good guess😁
what happen to your help
I learned things work better working by myself
