I’m having pain around T10-T12 , possibly from golfing or kettle bell work out at gym. The pain is near the spine. Would this be lattisimus dorsi pull?

I've got a very tender spot at the top of a spinous process right around my 12th rib vertebrae which I don't know what it is. But also achyness throughout my lower back. Plus a deep pain that runs the top ridge of my left hip going from front to back, nearly to my groin. Could the tenderness in the spinous process possibly be the cause of the pain in my hip and lower back?
