Other great live Tom Jones songs sung live in 60's and 70's that you'd love....Deliah, I Who Have Nothing, Without Love among many others. The studio version of the later hit Sex Bomb is also great.

Tom Jones still has it l He's a judge on The Voice UK white hair and all. His voice is still the same Beautiful baritone and very active. one of my favorite songs, "Green, Green Grass of Home "
A lot of years later, he became a coach on the The Voice UK. Jennifer Hudson was one for a while as well. If you have the urge to watch two of the greatest voices ever singing together, you should look up the clips of their apparently impromptu vocal jousts. Tom was a little past his best by then but I would have loved to hear those two sing together while both in their prime. It was pretty incredible anyway and you could see the mutual respect. One of the songs was “It’s a Mans World” and I can’t quite remember the other. Someone will let you know though.
He also did an awesome duet with Rhiannon Giddens at the (I think) 2015 Jools Holland New Year's Hootenanny... 'St. James Infirmary' - he sounds great with anyone.
You're so great, Britt. I'm thrilled that you went back to grab the 1967 version. It seems to be the one far more commonly viewed, and it really shows off his raw talent brilliantly. It's funny that you would induct him into the "panty dropping" club, because at his live performances, women in the audience were constantly literally throwing pairs of panties up onto the stage. It became his trademark! 🤣
Tom was Born: June 7, 1940 - Married: Melinda Trenchard (m. 1957-2016) She Died: April 10, 2016... He'll be 83 this year (2023).... and he can still sing...

WooHoo 🙌 full body goosebumps 😁 I was 10 years old in 1967 and my mum thought he was amazing, me too but think I’m appreciating him more now 😂 I think ladies were throwing their panties on the stage for him. I’ve seen him on The Voice singing and he’s still got it 😁
Just 27 years old in this video with THAT voice. Elvis loved it and sought him out to meet when Tom was performing in Las Vegas and they became good friends. Can you imagine those two walking into anywhere together? Panties would be thrown at them for DAYS!
Can i just say ive always loved Tom Jones and might i add you are a very stunning lady perfect to watch while this great music is playing. Im not a weirdo just appreciate beauty when i see it
I remember seeing him perform this on Dusty's show in 1967, it was a live studio broadcast audience and Orchestra at the BBC. In those days you could queue up and get a free ticket, or write to the BBC for tickets at the various BBC studios for different programs. l was working just around the corner at the time. And to be honest l went to see Dusty sing, l had no idea Tom was going to be there. There was no screaming because we were asked not to call out during all the performances and applause at the end or when someone held up a card or the 'applause' light came on ,asking you too ......🙂 Dusty was a great singer also. I watched many great performer for free like this. l saw Queen and many others on 'Top of the Pops' at BBC when they were just trying make their name in the world. It was no big deal at the time, now looking back, l was super lucky .....
He met the son of the composer of this song when he auditioned for The Voice UK. Sir Tom oblige when the contestant requested to sing it live on the spot and it was a real treat.
First time I heard Tom I was 8 years old in 1980 on a small radio in Africa when bombs and gunfire was outside. I thought he had the voice of an angel, I said to myself one day Im gonna sing like him...fast forward im 52 and our voice is very similar. But im shy and only sing in the house 😢. Great review! ❤
This actually WAS on a show....live. I know you said you liked the version sung in Chile, but I am thinking you are liking this younger, more powerful version a pinch more. And to think, one take, no remake, no remix, no auto-tune. He and Elvis were really close. Although Elvis started before him, Tom seems to have picked up some of the mannerisms and body language from Elvis. Here is another video from Tom's t.v. show. It shows a little bit different side of him and will give you more of the point for him to be in the PDC. ua-cam.com/video/KkKTMoRs-TU/v-deo.html
Elvis always my favorite. Didn't know until later that he and Elvis were friends so I got my sister and her husband tickets for Tom, but I didn't go. I did get to see Elvis with my Mommy in concert. Thrill of my life
The guy that wrote this for Tom (and sang with him for a while) passed, and recently his son auditioned for The Voice UK. Tom found out, and they did a duet on this. I think Tom was 81 at the time, and he’s still beyond incredible. The other judges worship him.
It was fun watching your whole body react to Tom Jones and especially this song. Now you can see why women were so attracted to him. With this number women were thinking, "Tom, I'll help you." I saw him 5 straight years in Vegas in the early '70s. He put on such a great show. His patter with the audience was always prime. This is where he was able to bring the men into his performance. Many times I remember a man saying, "I'm only here because my wife wants to see him" when they were coming into the show. Then, when leaving I'd here, "We're coming back next year to see Tom." They were on a first name basis now. He was able to make men feel comfortable with him.
Lovely, Britt! There's another performance of this...Tom on The Voice UK, around the age of 80, picking out the son of the man who composed this song (Lonnie Donegan) and inviting him to join Tom in singing the song together. Try not to cry when you watch Lonnie's wife, who was at the recording, react to the duo!
Tom Jones is a judge on The Voice in Britian. The man who wrote this song for Mr. Jones was a contestant on the Voice. Mr. Jones turned for him and ended up singing this song with the son of the writer. It was great.
Sir Tom Jones still sings this song and tours both sides of the pond, he'll be 83 in June, and sounds the same, he's also a coach on the UK The Voice, he has a Welsh counterpart and long time friend Dame Shirley Bassey who's now 86 and still sings live as well, again sounding much the same as she did in the 1960's the two have recorded four Bond Songs between them and at a guess around 400 million records and sold out concerts since the early 60's and can still fill theatres and stadiums

Peter Donegan, son of music legend Lonnie Donegan, was on "The Voice UK" a couple years ago with one wish; to get Tom Jones to turn his chair! Peter’s father toured with Tom Jones back in the day and even wrote 'I'll Never Fall in Love Again" personally for Tom Jones. Once Tom realized who Peter was, one of the most magical moments on The Voice happened! They sang the song together! Tom is 80 years old here and his voice never sounded better, it'll bring a tears to your eyes, magical! Just copy and paste the words in the parenthesis "Peter Donegan sings ‘Bless the Broken Road’ & ‘I'll Never Fall In Love Again’ | The Voice Stage #58" in the UA-cam search bar, and your there.

I was going to suggest that song for you to listen - I'm glad you did! I've heard Tom Jones recordings before and he had some hits in the 60's 70's and sounded great but someday I found this video and it made me play attention, WHAT A VOICE!! and you appreciate good music and vocals. The whole gamut of power, finesse, vocal range . . . . . . what a talent!!
TOM JONES has an mazing voice still he sure can hit some big notes. he did a song for a James bond film called thunderball that has a big note at the end and when sinning it in the recording studio he actually pasted out hitting it lool crazy
BRAVO!!! THIS is the Tom Jones which we knew. To get somewhat of a prequel to the story he started here: "What's New Pussycat?" - not really, but it does address the early days of a relationship. Also, it is the ONLY song in Rock history which ends with the word "nose". (Gotcha wondering now, don't I?) Of course the follow up (relationship wise) to this song is his "Deliliah" - make sure to listen to the early version. And the follow up to that song (again, if we are going to journey through relationships) is his "Green Green Grass of Home". These will take you comfortably into the amazing Tom Jones' rabbit hole of singing. Beyond having an amazing voice, once you know his story - especially given the fact that while he was a HEARTTHROB to women as many have written below (and I mean a heartthrob! The stories of women throwing their panties at him on stage is VERY REAL) - and how despite all of that he remained resolutely loyal to his wife for her entire life places him on the "A Man I Want To Emulate" list. Edit Postscript: The evidence that he still has it in his 70s and 80s is his duet "Sexbomb" (which is in English) with German superstar Helene Fischer [ua-cam.com/video/-MZrgXR75Tk/v-deo.html]! When I get to be that old, I want to be that cool! (Wait ... I am that old! 💩 Do you think there is any hope of becoming Tom Jones Cool if I am starting from this Snake Oil Willie starting block [ua-cam.com/video/OOgd9hitEAE/v-deo.html]?)🤣

Don't fall for it girl, don't you dare fall for it!! lol. He knows exactly what he's doing! Amazingly powerful voice, and even now in his eighties it's still just as powerful! But the song was written by someone else, Tom took it and ran with it and did a fantastic job! But don't feel bad about the words of the song, it was said he slept with over 200 women in a year, with a wife at home! Look it up. Thank you so much for the video and being so adorable!!

He’s still rolling strong on the international voice!
Tom. Not a Tim. Why is there no edit function on this ******** i-pad.
Sir Tom was always known for his vocal power and range. Even Elvis admired his talent.
I’ve seen his concerts a few times and it was only a couple years ago that I was able to see him again and he could still belt it out!!!
This is Tom singing his own song on Tge Voice Uk dedicated to his wife who died 6 yrs ago.He is 81yrs of age.Talent is Timeless...💚

Tom was Born: June 7, 1940 - Married: Melinda Trenchard (m. 1957-2016) She Died: April 10, 2016... He'll be 83 this year (2023).... and he can still sing...
@@dh0614dh Y cómo canta! Y sigue dando conciertos para beneplácito de sus millones de admiradores en el mundo!
So happy you are doing more of Tom. Please have a look at I who have nothing from Tom especially his earlier performance.
You should listen to 'I (Who Have Nothing}' and 'Without Love' by him from his early years, although he still sounds good at over 80 years of age.
This is most definitely live before an audience. I just knew this would blow you away!!!
I know you’ve reacted to it twice already, but the son of the man who wrote this song appeared on the voice and sang a duet of this song with him! It’s very good.
Lonnie Donegan. I attended his memorial concert at the Albert Hall with my mum as a teenager
WooHoo 🙌 full body goosebumps 😁
I was 10 years old in 1967 and my mum thought he was amazing, me too but think I’m appreciating him more now 😂
I think ladies were throwing their panties on the stage for him.
I’ve seen him on The Voice singing and he’s still got it 😁
Wait until you see the song "Treat her Right" from the Tom Jones TV Show. You can see real time panties being dropped. ITS A MUST WATCH
Just 27 years old in this video with THAT voice. Elvis loved it and sought him out to meet when Tom was performing in Las Vegas and they became good friends. Can you imagine those two walking into anywhere together? Panties would be thrown at them for DAYS!
He had a phenomenal voice, expressed so much passion, and exuded sex appeal.
Love Tom Jones! My dad had the record Delilah which i love. Hes retired now but oh my what a wonderful voice!!!
Tom Jones is in a level all his own.
Thank you for taking the suggestion of viewing his early powers/recording. Great job.
Did you notice his nervous little cough? It became his trademark!
Can i just say ive always loved Tom Jones and might i add you are a very stunning lady perfect to watch while this great music is playing. Im not a weirdo just appreciate beauty when i see it
If you want a fun duet .. listen to a youngTom and a young Stevie Wonder singing on his tv show. They sound sooo good together.
Elvis ans Tom were good friends so they can hang out in VIP together
He met the son of the composer of this song when he auditioned for The Voice UK. Sir Tom oblige when the contestant requested to sing it live on the spot and it was a real treat.
If you want to see women reacting to Sir Tom, live, watch 'Treat Her Right', from the Tom Jones T.V. show.
That's the one! (Big) Band is killing it too!
I’m so glad you saw this too! Knew you’d enjoy it!!
Elvis always my favorite. Didn't know until later that he and Elvis were friends so I got my sister and her husband tickets for Tom, but I didn't go. I did get to see Elvis with my Mommy in concert. Thrill of my life
that’s awesome you got to see Elvis live !
The guy that wrote this for Tom (and sang with him for a while) passed, and recently his son auditioned for The Voice UK. Tom found out, and they did a duet on this. I think Tom was 81 at the time, and he’s still beyond incredible. The other judges worship him.
Love your reactions honey.Tom is a living Legend one of the most amazing Voices of the century still alive and going today.
He’s phenomenal. I saw his concert a few years ago at Foxwoods and he’s still amazing. He sang his older songs and new ones.❤❤
I have been a big fan of his since I was a young teenager! I am 69 now! I have seen him in concert twice!! Such a big talent.
Tom Jones is so awesome. It’s totally rad that the younger generation is discovering him. Peace from California 🕺❤
You are right !! Love it !!
One of his all time best performances! What a Voice!
This is live. This man's voice. Big, strong, powerful.
Yep I watched that reaction and we were all daying to watch this 1967 one ❤
Peter Donegan, son of music legend Lonnie Donegan, entered The Voice Stage with one wish; to get Sir Tom Jones to turn his chair! Peter’s father toured with Sir Tom back in the day and even wrote "I'LL NEVER FALL IN LOVE AGAIN" for him. Once Sir Tom Jones realized who Peter was, one of the most magical moments on The Voice happened! Jun 7, 2021
Tom Jones is Welsh. The Welsh are renowned as having some of the absolutely best singers on the planet.
Britt, I sure hope your significant other knows how blessed they really are. You are beautiful inside and out!
Your reaction to this video is spot on Britt. Tom Jones is the president of the PD club Keep the reactions coming!
Tom Jones is in his 80's and can still belt this song out as smooth as glass. Look up on UA-cam "Sir Tom Jones & Peter Donegan's 'I'll Never Fall In Love Again' ¦Blind Auditions¦ The Voice UK 2019"
I was going to suggest that song for you to listen - I'm glad you did! I've heard Tom Jones recordings before and he had some hits in the 60's 70's and sounded great but someday I found this video and it made me play attention, WHAT A VOICE!! and you appreciate good music and vocals. The whole gamut of power, finesse, vocal range . . . . . . what a talent!!
im a 51 yr old Englishman, grew up with Sir Toms music, got to see him live in 2004 in Canada, and the man continues to be a legend
ps Britt you are cute as hell lol x
TOM JONES has an mazing voice still he sure can hit some big notes. he did a song for a James bond film called thunderball that has a big note at the end and when sinning it in the recording studio he actually pasted out hitting it lool crazy
Tom Jones got the best voice in the world. I had experienced it live sitting in the first 3 row in Greek Theater Los Angeles in the 70s.
He's one of a kind . So so cute and omg, just givese goosebumps
we welsh are just born with this gift its our green valleys and the air we need to walk up them hills
BRAVO!!! THIS is the Tom Jones which we knew.
To get somewhat of a prequel to the story he started here: "What's New Pussycat?" - not really, but it does address the early days of a relationship. Also, it is the ONLY song in Rock history which ends with the word "nose". (Gotcha wondering now, don't I?)
Of course the follow up (relationship wise) to this song is his "Deliliah" - make sure to listen to the early version.
What a voice. I always forget how good he is until I here him sing again. And as for Drake, well, Tom was a very popular man back in the day. Maybe there's a connection. Hehe. 😅🤣
Sir Tom is one of the few legends, This is my all-time favorite from Tom., his voice was magnificent then and still is. Oh a bit of info since you love Elvis so much, he and Tom were friends and Tom has a few stories to tell about their moments together.
