Be cool to eventually see an Atlantic or Med version of the game: MTBs/MGBs vs S-Boots/R-Boots/F-lighters. Lots of Autocannon...and sometimes even 88s!

When I last saw this game, it seemed pretty barebones. Didn't have much depth to it.... well, turns out, the person I saw had no idea what they were doing is why. Thanks for giving this game justice - it makes me wish we had a PT Boat or Destroyer simulator similar to Silent Hunter. Edit: A common problem with these "crew" type of games is running out of medkits. I seriously wish you could dedicate a crew member to keeping someone alive - delaying the death timer, but preventing the crew member from doing anything else.
when it comes to PT boats speed is life, do not stop if you can help it, with the mouse traps you should probably circle around and keep you distance while you reload instead of charging them for depth charge
I agree! These boats had amazing versatility and range of weapons. I think WT would benefit greatly by focusing on this level of warfare for naval. A naval EC in the pacific with coastals and light warships. Would be awesome 👌
@@CmdrTyrael I concur, a good sized map with a few larger islands that have a serviceable airfield which can be captured, set amidst many smaller islands would make for enjoyable cat and mouse ( or shark and tuna ) playstyle between merchant / barge convoy and PT squadrons. I could watch more of this 👍

It's in early access. Recently, It has had a trial campaign and a few new boats, ships and weapons added. Small team working almost round the clock it seems

I wish war Thunder would add more “modifications” to existing vessels, it’d be really cool if you could add a 37mm to a PT boat for example, cool game

Would the torpedoes have sunk the sub that was submerged at the dock?
Homing torpedoes would have worked but straight running ones will miss a submerged vessel. You have to make him surface in that case.
