Thanks for the recipe. I am afraid that the whole pan would be eaten within a couple of days by myself without sharing. I'll try to have some self control, but it's going to be tough. 😂❤
I just made a batch, it's so good! I really like the brown rice syrup, it's mildly sweet. I found Sriracha peas to go along with the wasabi peas. As soon as it cools down I'm packing it up for holiday gifts! Thanks again and happy holidays!❤😊
I started making this 2 years ago and it is ADDICTIVE ! My family has been asking when I’m making it this year? So so delicious! I use the wasabi peas for a spicy bite!
I love your recipes, have your two cookbooks “Just One Cookbook” on my kindle. I can not find any pickle recipes in either book, or on your web page. Could you put some on You Tube please! Thank you!

It happens to us, but we also give away to friends so we don’t eat the entire thing.😂
Thanks! I used to eat this when I was a kid in the early 80s. I generally preferred arare, but this was a decent substitute.
Aww! That’s true, similar crunch!
Love this so much. I've made this and gifted it to my family.

@@justonecookbook your welcome
Where do I get brown-rice syrup?
Link is in my recipe card. Amazon and Korean market 😃
Is there a substitution for it?
Can honey be substituted?
I use light corn syrup
Can I use korean rice syrup instead of the brown rice syrup?
I haven't tried it before, but it may work. Let me know how things go!
How long does it stay fresh?
You can keep it in an airtight container or mason jars and store it in a dark, cool place for up to 2-3 weeks or in the freezer for 2-3 months!
Which neutral oil do you use?
For this one... I think I used untoasted sesesame oil (clear). You can use any: www.justonecookbook.com/best-neutral-oil-for-cooking/
Can you do the wasabi version next? 😢
Thank you for the suggestion!🫶🏼
