What a brilliant idea to incorporate pomegranate seeds into a cake! Never had it before and it seems so tempting to try❣️ Thanks for sharing the recipe 👍
if you remove the seeds underneath water in a bowl, it reduces stains and the white stuff and bad seeds float to the top for easy removal so you’re left with only good seeds
What's amazing about your channel is the amount of creativity, patience, and thought you put into all of your desserts. It's one thing to bake a cake, but you take it to the next level with how you decorate/design your cakes. Like putting the seeds in the cake with gelatin is already amazing enough, but then you decide to change the size of the gelatin portion. Like you really do take it to the next level. Not only your cake making skills but also your videography is always on point.
Hi, just wanted to share that I made the cake for my mom's birthday today 🥰 the cheesecake was perfect, and everyone loved it! For the peach flavoured drink I used a Fizzy drink (peach flavoured ofc) from San Benedetto (italian brand). For the pink-ish colour of the cake and decorative cream I added a bit of colourant because I had a differente kind of pomegranate :) Instead of lotus cookies I used digestive cookies, but I had to add more butter because it wasn't enough for the kind of biscuits I used. Other than that, everything was perfect :)
Im a student who will be getting ready for my MCATs soon and your videos bring me much peace. this looks so good!! it reminds me of my grandmother, who loved baking. and since she was persian, the pomegranates remind me of her too. i think she’s the reason I’ve come to love baking. thank you so much for sharing your recipes!!
This brings back memories of grade school. We had a pomegranate tree in our playground and when there was fruit on the tree a teacher would take one down and break it into chunks and give them to kids. The condition for getting a chunk of pomegranate was that you had to give some to anyone who asked. I went to a really small school with probably 200ish students, and the yard with the pomegranate tree was only used by kids grade 1-6, so there wasn’t too much fighting over them. Any kid who got a chunk of pomegranate became very popular for those 30 minutes of recess.

Love your channel. This is an elegant cake like the jewelry. You know what, in Thailand they call the pomegranate that "Tubtim" means "Rudy Stone" or "Garnet" by its rich deep beautiful glowing red color also . The pomegranate's nutrition related to beauty and health. So this could be named the Rudy Jewel Cake for it's own elegant. 👑💎🌹💖👑 I wonder in other languages call pomegarnet as the red jewel stone? It'll be fun to learn.
Beautiful Villian in Spanish it is written "granada", like the fragmentation grenades that were used in the war, because if you cut it ,has many small 'ammunitions' inside :3
@@yolostaar4865 Wow, really? It's sounds beautiful to call Granada. Spanish is beautiful language. Actually it's right be nameed that way because when I eat the pomegarnet, feel like there's a war between the seeds and my teeth. Lol.
I made this recently, and yes, it does taste as good as it looks. For U.S. ppl like me here, still using the freaking imperial system, a 4.5" mousse mold mostly worked for the 12cm mold, and just use a 6" for the 15cm. If you have an Asian market, the Korean section often has non-carbonated peach drinks (and a plum one I'd highly recommend just for drinking if I could remember the name of it).
I made this and it was so delicate and delicious! I didn't put the jelly layer inside and in the whipped cream topping, I added more pomegranate syrup with some gelatin (to stabilize it) and some sugar for extra pomegranate flavour. The whole family loved it, I would definitely recommend!
I tried to make this cheesecake cuz it looked sooo good. The gelatin part went horribly wrong (cuz I got a bad type of gelatin powder so it didn’t hold) so I skipped it and just made the cheesecake by it self, it turned out more delicious then I ever thought. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.
