Today we want to wish everyone an awesome Sunday, full of love and JOY!
On todays Episode we Toured a fantastic beach side Villa:
This fully renovated villa is located in the desirable beachside area of Los Monteros Playa, Marbella, and offers incredible privacy. From its grand entrance with stunning landscaping and olive trees imported from Valencia to its beautifully designed interior, with Belgian and German furniture, you’ll be captivated by every aspect of this modern oasis.
The home is perfectly distributed for family living and has been designed to flow effortlessly from living to exterior areas. Built over three levels, the ground floor offers the hall, open kitchen, living room, and two guest suites with direct access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is practical and beautifully designed, complete with Gaggenau appliances. In addition, there is a second utility kitchen with a freezer, wine fridge, extra dishwasher, and kitchen entrance door. Sliding doors and windows allow direct access to the terraces and dining areas, making this a superb home for family and entertaining on a grand scale.

What you mean with "French-Balcony" is what we in German call a "Französischer Balkon" but in english it's called a "Juliette Balcony" and this isn't one. A Juliette Balcony has the railing directly attached to the window, so you can open it up and just stand at the barrier.
You two are my fav. You two always visit livable house. Not shopping malls.

A French balcony is more decorative than it is functional, offering a small space to stand or place some plants. You won’t find much room on a French balcony for lounging about or placing large items like furniture.

Tolle Harleys, perfekt für eine Tour nach Ronda. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Grundriss - ich liebe Symmetrie! Gemütlich, nicht zu eng, schöne Bäder und keine schmalen Gänge - wirklich schön. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, sind die Möbel (aber die kann man ja je nach Geschmack ersetzen).
Boah das währe mega, mal schauen ob Sie uns das für ne ganzen Tag ausleihen 😅 und Dan machen wir einen Ronda vlog auf den Harleys
@@TheMarobrothers Ihr solltet damit noch bis Mai warten, dann ist es nicht zu kalt und nicht zu warm - perfekt für solch ein Vorhaben. Dieser Vlog wäre sicher ein grosser Erfolg - viel Glück!

congratulations on this complete and very professional visit.
You get a good idea of the volumes, the day/night life, the circulation and the many decorative details.
Bravo for the aerial view...
The house strikes a fine balance between modernity and classicism.
The strong points I see: a house that's not too big or too small, well laid out and "practical" - lots of storage space compared to what we usually see... - make it easy to see yourself in it.
The house is well integrated into its surroundings, with easy access to the main roads.
The well-balanced decoration reinforces a feeling of appropriation that comes naturally.
Technical elements are well hidden
Its location, close to the beach and town center, no doubt explains the asking price.
On the "minus" side, the plot is a little small and the ceilings a little low in places, and there's no dressing room (no doubt compensated for by the numerous cupboards),
Absence of modern heating elements (pac, solar panels) ?
In any case, you get the feeling that the house hasn't been designed just for the photos and the eye candy; it's "concretely liveable".
The video is almost flawless, and the whole thing is done in a cool, relaxed style - well done !

Top und unterhaltsam Jungs. Bei Patricks Größe sieht die Maschine aus wie ein Moped. 😁 Ansonsten Mega-Anwesen. Das Einzige was nicht gefällt sind die Holztöne in der Küche. Ich weiß- Holz ist gerade In, aber in 3 Jahren hat man das über.

It’s a really nice house with some interesting architectural points. The bulky black spotlight things in the living room only makes the ceiling look low.. los Monteros have some of the best beaches but lacks the amenities that the areas west of Marbella have. All depend on Individual priorities. 6,5 is quite aggressive price I think..
Well, the whole Los monteros areas has been huge in demand lately and therefore many more amenities are you be found there 🙏💥

Hi Jungs - schön euch auch mal als Biker zu sehen - aber ein wenig Schutz is doch wichtig - ihr seid auch mit Helm fesche Burschen - - aber nun mal zum Haus - fette Hütte traumhaft präsentiert - wie immer - sind es von euch aber auch nicht mehr anders gewohnt - sehr gut finde ich das ihr auch mal ein wenig die Gegend darum herum mit eingebunden habt - wäre das nicht mal eine gute Sache bei anderen Objekten - ein wenig rund herum Info zur Gegend und mal einen feinen Insider Tipp ?!?!? Danke dafür und weiter so !!!!!!!! Nachtrag - Französiche Balkone sind eigentlich nur "offene" Balkontüren mit Geländer davor ohne einen tatsächlichen Balkon den man betreten kann .

The overall design and layout "floats my boat" ;P and ticks many boxes, however,
apart from changing some of the quirky light fixtures, furniture, the highly impractical garage (compared with Australian or Californian "beach garages", a missed opportunity) and vegetable garden,
I miss a small hammam/sauna, cinema/multimedia room and gym but hey, first world problems that can be fixed.
More important, though: Perfect garden size👍Private but not too private property... unlike others in those safe but sterile private communities in Zagaleta etc.
Close to the beach and "civilization" yet, not too close :)
