It's a sliding glass door, Patrick :) it also serves as a window but because it can open as a passage way it is a door.
Nice house, mix of modern and classic. Concealed door hinges which is the most important part :) a lot of good design features and impressive staircase. Personally I wouldn't spend the effort on the classic elements but it should be appealing enough and will probably sell. Good video as always. Rik Mayall is proud of you :)

Another great video and great home gents. Few tips from a native speaker:
- Sliding doors
- “Luminosity” = we just say “light” or “brightness”. Literally no one says luminosity!
- “Light lit” = “well lit” or just “bright”
- Façade is pronounced fassahd, not fassaide (at least in the mostly British English pronunciation you use!)
- “vocal point” = “focal point”

Beautiful home, reminded me of a hotel, love the garage window, being a petrolhead, and that staircase, is just wonderful. The lighting around the property, is excellent, I dont like the panels everywhere, but this is my personal taste, the two matching lamps in the living room, are beautiful, can we get a map posted on the videos please?, Well done. BTW, its 'patio doors'.

It's a door as it allows in/out of a space. A window is an opening that allows light and air to enter but is not designed to allow for the flow of people between the inside and outside spaces.
