Sehr schön mit den Abendansichten und der Beleuchtung. Gefällt mir sehr, auch die Blenden. Die Küche ist sooooo dark, die geht leider unter, obwohl sie super konzepiert ist, was die Ledergriffe sollen versteht kein Mensch, die passen gar nicht. Das "Chef's kitchen" ...... DAS ist der Hammer. Insgesamt mal etwas anderes vom Stil her und sicherlich an der Costa del Sol sehr speziell, ähnliches habe ich bisher nicht gesehen.
Wer ist der Architekt ? Bzw. würde mich wundern, wenn der Architekt männlich ist. So zweckmäßig .... kann nur von einer Frau kommen. Liege ich richtig ?

Amor, it’s called a mud room or mudroom. Originally built at the back entrance of the house where you enter the house with muddy boots or shoes during the times when roads were unpaved hence muddy. Love your channel!

Once again a nice visit from our favorite Brothers, very beautiful luxury villa, once again owners who are too greedy, this villa should not cost 13,900,000 € it is a new overestimated villa, a Villa of 950 M2 with only 2500 M2 can in no case be sold so expensive, I bet as with many other well-knowledgeable Marbella market that this villa will remain on the market for a very long time here the Owners do not return a price of wisdom which is for me between €7,200,000 to a maximum of €7,500,000 by finding a generous and kind buyer
Of course the Brothers are for nothing in the delusions of owners who are too greedy

One thing that immediately came to mind was when you were touring the "basement spa"... that cool wooden strip over the pool would have looked incredible with an inlaid galaxy-star lighting effect.

Great content guys,,, first fireplace is correct But Chimneys also correct English…. Fireplace is the visual front, Chimney is behind that takes the smoke of a real fire out of the room which normally goes through the entire house out through the roof, hence Chimney stack ! Good thing i subscribed years ago your basketball skills arent subscription worthy . Lucky for me your housetours are ver entertaining . Good to see your english is improving its not as cringe anymore than a couple of years ago . But i still miss a little summary of sqarefootage bedrooms bathrooms price and location in the intro just blend it inn at the end of the intro , its kinda bad to watch a 40 minutes,video to get all the facts you care about .

it’s a very nice house and up 1,5 million from last sale if I remember correctly. Only thing I don’t like ( for several reasons) is that the pool is to far away from main house. Sierra Blanca is considered high end but can feel a little bit off depending on location in the area.. only very “Soft” security compared to some other similar areas.. but that’s very individual if it’s a dealbreaker or not..
You know, I actually really liked the fact that the pool is offset from the main house 🤣🤣
