@darcymaxim1351 very close is different than present and calling it beach front. Please be careful about being ethical.....and a quick question; is it doable to live in Spain with little to no Spanish skills?
Its no where near the beach, they do the same with penthouses when there is someone above you.

Certainly! In each of the bedrooms, there is a shower, and additionally, one of the bedrooms features a bathtub.
