This is the first mega mansion tour I watch which makes me think: "I would want to live there", rather than "It'd be nice to be able to afford a house in this price bracket". Beautiful.
We all know this villa, we all know it's epic, we just don't know why it hasn't sold in years - The decor is not very warm and feels a bit commercial, which might be part of the reason.
The design makes me think of a Yacht. Land Yacht. It truly is mind blowing. As you were walking thru, I let myself just BE in this beautiful journey. 😊
Wow, you pulled no stops on this one very nice home the pool trick on the deck is a new thing well it is where I am not sure if it is there or not. It is always nice to have a movie room I love it for parties always have movie parties or pool parties it is really a lot of fun :) I am alone so it is nice to be alone with friends my family and I have a few issues but I do get along with my grandparents a lot. Definitely an entertainer's home. Some good aspects of the home but lacks that homely, cozy feel, maybe a lack of earth tones or the use of wood that gives that comfortable feel. Cool house though, great job Maro-bro's
This house reminds me of a modern art museum and for that reason I wouldn’t even put in an offer for half the price, even if your a billionaire you wouldn’t have this as a main home it’s somewhere you would just go on vacation. This would be better run as a high end rental you would get 10k low season a night up to about 16k in high season, great video again you guys but prefer homes around the 5 million mark they for me are more realistic in terms of price and quality.

Wow, it is one of the most amazing houses I have ever seen, probably next to Ricardo Bofill's "La Fabrica" and few other houses. I agree with some of the comments. The house is like a mix of a luxury yacht, a contemporary art museum and a superhero's (or supervillain's) base. The owner of the house must be someone so financially powerful that he is able to use 90% of the immense space to produce certain sensory and spiritual perceptions for him during the time he is in it, which may only be a couple of summer months.

Beautiful! The floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the bath are too irritating and sterile for me, but the geogous bathtub with this amazing view is just priceless 😍

The drawback to this house is it is just plain white and needs to be remade with stone, textures and wood paneling but thats just an interior design issue. It would also be cool if that glassed of pool-side could be made into a small area with a chair in and access ladder.

I would get rid of some sculptures and have storage areas instead of all those empty corners. Also the office, I would need way more cupboards and shelfs. But thats just me who values efficiency and has a lot of stuff 😅

Impressive house. Clean style yet quite complex and expansive and some very expensive solutions. Solid views of course. I'm curious how actual owners would use the house. If it's two people living calmly in a massive house they never use or if it's a billionaire's summer residence that might be used for a week or two every year. I wonder how many use the houses to their capacity. Many of these very large houses might be luxury ghost houses in practice.
This is a spectacular vision of a house, because it is hard to believe it’s real, it actually exists. This house is so unique and unusual that it is very hard even to imagine yourself living in such space, because it’s so unlike anything we, conventionally, used to call a home.

Decor is just for staging I presume, you can fix that easily if you can afford this property, get a good interior designer.
