One step at a time. The thing that helped me was not overthrowing the future. Setting goals of 5 clients at first. Once you hit that 15 comes easy etc. Before you know it you'll have to work for more clients

Great summer of how to operate a business through the year. We have been growing our recracuring revenue for the past 5 years and are just starting to add projects to fill in our slower times.

I do commercial only work. I would like to see a video for service business that only have commercial clients. Getting new commercial work I a would think is different than new residential customers

Saw your ad video on the front and back end of the video…great idea to keep everyone’s eyes on the prize. This is a long play business if done correctly. Thanks for all your content, it helps tremendously!

Your better off acquiring one customer and selling to them three times. Than you are acquiring three customers and selling to them once.

Hey Mike, I'm having trouble finding a video of yours. You went over why it's a bad idea to invest money in other business or services when your still growing your Lawn Service and that you should simplify services. Would you by chance know which videos you went over this in? I believe it was in a live call video. I'm trying to explain this to someone but it'd be best for them to see the video of you explaining. Would be of great help! I appreciate the time, effort and value you provide.

What is your attrition rate at the Bellingham location? We are working on up selling one time jobs into recurring services.

How long are clients and leads willing to kick the project can down the road? To date we have done zero install work. Could we focus on maintenance April-August then switch more to projects as cleanups slow down, or would having people wait 3-5 months lose nearly all the work? Does anyone with experience have some input?
Slowing down in winter is a huge issue. We can do $150,000 in April then barely hit $15,000/month December-February. I hate the fluctuations and the bank account dropping like a rock. Perhaps I need a small install crew that works all year, but just picks up in the fall. Hmmmmm.
    Thanks for any input.

We find the larger the project the more they are okay with kicking it down the road.... 2 months and beyond we start to see some drop off.
