Great video, I'm planning on going full time soon. I'm working on getting better in other areas of my business bush trimming leaf clean up, fall and spring clean up etc. If possible, I call don't leave any money on the table lol. I also have to raise my prices this year as well on some of my customers. Thanks for the tips

I would love to get there with SMS. The tech is a bit different than emails but we are gonna try and tackle it in 2024.
My buddy and I who are both juniors in Highschool started up a business last year and had to much work we could handle. As a result we bought a trailer and a truck as we were planning on splitting up this year into 2 crews. I just got hurt and I won’t be able to work until may/June which is 2 months into the season in Massachusetts. You have any words of advice how I can successfully manage the business until I’m hurt and figure out my google listing?
Hey Mike! This is my second spring in business and last year I really messed up my advertising for the spring rush. The spring starts here around the beginning to mid-March but can even go into April sometimes. When would you recommend that I start putting out paper ads and DDM along with Facebook ads? I was thinking about starting here soon or at least starting the last week of February. What are your thoughts?

No such thing as over saturation if you’re offer good service.
Something that I have wondered for a while - what is up with the open mouth thumbnails? I see them all over UA-cam, especially as channels begin to grow. What is this about? It is just an odd thing to see from grown men in general. It's an honest question, you produce great content!
It has statistically led to higher CTR (click through rate). The human eye is drawn to it due to fight/flight response. In time it will be (has been) overused and users will adapt
