      I just come across with your yoga exercise. I am to inform that I have got knee pain problems. Can I get relief from joint pains. Tak Tak sound is coming also. CAN I DO ALL THE EXERCISES SUGGESTED BY YOY. I have been doing yoga for last few years.

    Kripya kar ke homehharage ke upar video banaiye. Ki usse patient yoga ki madat se kaise sahi ho . Uske patient ko anxiety , fits , breathing , muscles pain etc problems bani raheti hai , jiski wajah se woh normal logon ki tarah life ji nahi pata , due to use of continuous use of medicine ,his or her brain gets so dull. If you make video on this , it will help many people . And log aapke video se thik bhi honge, I hope ... Thanks for reading it mam
