In the case of a morning flight where time is of essence is it better to schedule a pick up in advanced which may arrive before you get downstairs and could cost you more, or wait until morning and you are ready. How do you determine if drivers will be available earlier in the morning.
If you are in a well populated city there should never be a shortage of drivers to get you where you're going. Maybe look at your Uber app a day or two in advance and see how many drivers are about at the same time you need to be picked up for your flight. It should give you some idea how many drivers are around.

The rate shown is for the size of the car. Uber X is a regular 4 door car and can hold up to 4 people, Uber XL would be an SUV or minivan and usually seats up to 7 people. The cost is first calculated by your ride distance and time it will take, and then by your choice of ride. Did that help? :)

This is not helpful. How is it that you have a HOME destination. I have two destinations. I don't know where they cama from. How do I get rid of them and substitute a HOME destination that applies to me.
Can you make money as a passenger? For people who don't drive?
Can you please tell me how I get notified if my child calls/takes an Uber, ...so that I can also “follow “ the ride and geht at the end an e-Mail how much was the payment? So far I have an own account, with own phone number and own email. As well my child has “own” account. Only “overlap” is my credit card information, haha.
The Terms and Service of these services forbid drivers from transporting unattended minors. I know it is done and the rider app allows accounts for minors as add-ons but. The problem here is these type of rides basically void out insurance coverage for everybody. Your kids future is at risk by allowing them to ride in an Uber alone.

No, there is nothing extra added, what you see when deciding the ride is the full cost. However it does not include a tip for the driver, that will be up to you to decide any time after the ride.
How does tipping work if Uber doesn't take cash? do i enter a tip in the app, or tip the driver in cash?
You can either give your driver a cash tip or tip them in the app after the ride.

But how do you do tips? Are you supposed to tip? Is it done in the app? How? You mentioned tipping with cash if you want, but is that something you can do instead of tipping through the app?
At the end of the ride you will be given the option to rate the driver and to tip. The tip will then be added to your credit/debit card along with the cost of the ride. Drivers really appreciate tips!

Hi, i have a question. Is it okay to ride uber without mobile data? Will they still recve the payment once they accepted the ride? The thing is i dont have internet in my phone yet. Im still gonna buy today. Im staying in a hotel so once i go out of the hotel, my wifi will be lost.

Yes! I'm an Uber driver and I can tell you it will work, but you wont be able to do anything in your app if you needed to. If you are working with wifi at your pickup location, then it should be alright as you would be able to call/message your driver through the app to arrange the pickup, so just always double check your drop off location so that no changes will need to be made mid ride. We can still finish out the ride, even if your phone dies, you will simply need to rate the ride and decide on a tip the next time you can access your app :D

Does uber charge extra when entering a business property with a front gate ?
Not usually. The only issue would be if the driver had to wait too long for the gate to be opened. After 5 minutes or so, the driver can decide to cancel the ride because they only start getting paid once they pick up their passenger.
What about luggage when traveling?
Most if not all drivers keep their trunks empty to accommodate luggage. Lots of passengers are going to the airport so luggage is usually expected.

Depending on the amount of luggage I highly recommend requesting an Uber XL so that you can be certain everything will fit easily :)
