We played a game of Competitive Counter-Strike but everyone was invisible until they made a sound. What would happen in CS:GO if you could only see sound?

How about mess with the economy side of the game ? Make every weapon, kevlar, grenade and zeus more expensive. (Negev meta incoming lol)
A mod where your voice communications can be heard by the enemy depending on how close they are to you. The closer they are to you, the more loudly they can hear you speak.
In other words, proximity chat between teams.

This reminds me of the ghostmode gamemode of crossfire. The Terrorists are restricted to knives only, and they emit a constant silent breathing sound, and only when moving they are faintly visible. Successful bunnyhopping allows them to move completely invisible. The CTs have normal guns and are visible all the time. This gamemode was really awesome, maybe an idea for the next video? :)
I remember this mode, such a shitty game in general but playing ghostmode as a kid was always super fun

How about a game of CS where you can't tap shoot or burst. Once you press fire, you will shoot your entire mag empty, even with sniper and shotguns. You can't swap your weapon while shooting, so you have to empty the mag to be able to reload or swap your weapon ^^

@@ketchup_lube awp could be viable cause the time between shots could let you move around and peek again. only problem being you can only scope when you are able to shoot so you have to aim it without a crosshair

9:01 We did that strat aswell in earlier 1.6 era before people started using "russenduck" to walk silently but faster than shifting. Today it is still used on ladders which is kinda neat.

@@damsen978 which shouldn't be that high in a game that calls itself 'skill-based'. Good aim and mechanics should always reward you with kills. Not good rng.
@@morejaeru Well sadly that isn't the case. I tested the shit out of that RNG mechanic myself and all weapons are affected by it even when tapping every 2 second with any weapon, crouched without moving. The only things not affected by it are scoped sniper rifles.
This reminds me so much of the GLA's stealth ability in Command and Conquer. A small army popping out of literally nowhere never gets old

CS-GO but smoke grenades have 3x the area of effect but are only active for 2/3 the amount of time. This might have you guys completely rethinking all the angles

An idea for a CS:GO but gimmick, before the beginning of each round each team gets to ban a weapon from the other team, and that weapon would be banned for that team for the rest of the game, kinda like character bans in competitive fighting games
Pistol round ban the enemies starting pistol so they have to buy another pistol so no Kevlar on the enemy team.

This is almost similar to Ghost mode in Crossfire, where the T side has semi-invisibility but only equipped with knives, while CT side is always visible but equipped with guns. Really cool and sweaty mode. Since T's can only be fully invisible by standing still, bunny hopping quickly becomes the meta.

A bind to change radar zoom would have been OP. If you max-zoom you trade alot of range but you get ALOT of detail. I've been able to kill an enemy base on their location on the max-zoomed radar alone, in a normal mode.
So basically csgo but with psychedelics?😃
CS on psychedelics feels like you're s1mple while playing except at the end you're middle of the scoreboard

A CS clone called Crossfire had a really cool twist on this idea:
CTs are totally visible and can use any weapon.
Ts are completely invisible when silent but can only use knives and grenades.
Tons of fun.
