I like this! Make it HE only since you can only get one and it they cant be crossmapped when thrown, but for example, you could rush banana then throw gernade on site avoiding the CTs.
Honestly Negev would have been meta. Just keep firing, kill to move around so slow movement doesnt matter and the no recoil and spread makes it super easy to snap kill enemies when you TP. I guess Warowl and his buds were too busy having fun lmao
This was unbelievebly great! If you're at teleporting for kills already, you could mix it up: Whenever a player (e.g. CT) kills a T, every CT randomly teleports to another CTs position, meaning all 5 CTs change position with a random other CT. Same for T.
It's suprising that we didn't get to see any wall bangs. Imagine just teleporting through solid walls if you're lucky. Or just yeeting yourself off vertigo while on low help hoping for an enemy to with you and fall with you.
This gamemode reminds me of Chess, where you kill pieces by teleporting onto them. Especially here: 3:48 The resemblance is uncanny. Sometimes Chess noobs would sometimes have 7 peices watching the same position, and both sides would devolve into an dozen turn long trading frenzy, where Black and White peices would take turns killing the peices on one position, briefly occupying it for 1 round before getting traded by a piece on the other side, until only one piece was left on that position with no one else to trade it.
Shadowrun (2007) was a shooter that had this as a core game mechanic. You could teleport a fixed distance in any direction, going through walls if there was free space behind it. It made for intensely tactical gameplay.

Okay so Ive been sitting on this idea forever where it’s a competitive game of counter strike where when you shoot you have to empty the clip as if you were holding M1/tap firing.
I feel like this opened my gamer third eye. Why the hell have we never seen a shooter with a sniper rifle that teleports you to the person you killed? Why are shooters so stale? Theres SO much room for creativity and yet we get the same 12 weapons in everything. Really makes you think.
This exactly what skill based chess would look like. You go trading pieces until someone wins but if you're skilled enough you can make 2 moves at once without trading.
not sure this would work with how CS handles map loading, it would mean that your time between rounds is essentially however long your normal loading screen is
This series is always so fun to watch. Would it be possible to have a game mode where it's a team gun game? Where if one person gets a kill EVERYONE in the team changes guns. The chaos of everyone changing guns coupled with the use of utility would make it interesting to see what you come up with. Not too sure how you'd balance the gun climb (maybe one random rifle, SMG, shotty, pistol then knife and reset each round)?
9:35 this segment reminded me of the weeping angels from dr who, i wonder if you could make a weeping angels inspired gamemode where the Ts could only move and shoot when not being looked at but couldnt be killed so you win by running down the clock by freezing them all or something
My fav CounterStrike mods were warcraft stuff. You'd either have spells, heroes, items depending how the server was configured. You could be transparent, fast, teleport etc. I remember it being fun...
One change that would solve the 2 major problems of teamkilling and the "stare at teammate then trade" meta is if getting a kill made you invincible for like 0.5 secs
This actually feels like "CSGO but it's DOOM 2016/Eternal" since zooming to your kill like that feels a LOT like the glory kills- a mechanic that they had absolutely no idea how to market and focused way too much on its fancy animation, but really is about getting pickups by warping to your enemies' location to keep you playing offensively rather than defensively and zooming around the level like wild. The big difference is you don't HAVE to glory kill each kill, and there's a range limitation to doing one (and I don't think you can zoom through solid doors in DOOM)
Idea: "Competetive CSGO but you are a bat" Basically, you're blind. Any sound ques illuminate the environment around it depending on the intensity of the sound. The players are invisible but their footsteps are not. Gunshots reveal where the player was when they took the shot. Your teammates are highlighted for you. sounds fun on paper
I wonder if it has been proposed already, but a game mode in which your movement speed increases inversely proportionable to your health could be wild while offering interesting tactical choices. For clarity, 100% health applies 1x modifier to movement speed whereas 1% would multiply it by 1,99.
Ctrl is the first step to a modern world in which world hunger is no more. I highly hope this will be the future, so much food waste atm while half the population starves or struggles.
I got a concept: Everyone shares the same HP pool, like both sides have 500HP combined, like normal, but everyone takes damage if one person gets shot, everyone takes the damage, and if the one team member reaches 0HP due to damage, the entire team dies, I dunno just thought it'd be cool
You could be right about this being a Valorant ult! The ult would only really be useful on attack unless there was a dismiss option, like instead of TPing instantly, you hit E to TP to the enemy’s location… that way you don’t get insta traded, and clutching is possible.
This game mode is so insane and scary lol in a way it sort of just shows there's still tons of room for interesting game development even in FPS sort of like what quake did back in the day to mix things up or tribes ascend

NOICE video! New gamemode idea: When you die, you stay at the position where you died before, and you can only see watch from the death place first-person only the whole situation/round whatever. That's it. So you cannot see from the perspective from your teammates, but from the death place point of view 😅😂
