What if everybody is invisible? Like 100% all the time, but when you fire a shot you are visible for 1sec or something. :)

Idea: Every player can only buy each weapon once per side. (you can bump the number to 2 or 3 if you need to)
I love this idea, it's already written down on my idea list as 'CS:GO but it's Highlander'

A neat one would be where everyone just has their “s” key bound as a killbind, it’d be funny seeing a random amount of people just dying midfight from muscle memory.

seems it was the m249, i forgot that thing existed
M249 was better, for the Negev, you needed to waste 15 rounds before you get any workable accuracy
Now, I'm ready for "Competitive CSGO, but every mag has one bullet"
That might be the One gamemode where the Negev isn't meta...

An idea could be to have normal competitive rounds, but every 5~ seconds, weapons randomly change, just like sharpshooter from cod.

This was a cool concept, especially after the switch to pistols no dualies.
Also, my suggestion for "Competitive CS:GO but..."
No weapons, only grenades. Throughout the round, players are given another frag grenade on some interval. Like, every 15 seconds... or randomly every 10 to 20 seconds. Not sure if that's possible but could be fun?

Here's an idea. The entire team can only buy the same weapon and you can only share one mag across the entire team. So everyone buys a deagle, for instance. You have 7 rounds in the mag. If everyone on the team shoots one round, everyone only has two rounds left. It's called Soviet CSGO

@TheWarOwl Do 1 vs 5, where the solo player has noclip and a knife. He could pop out of the ground or a wall and stab opponents, however if timing is wrong the dude just gets riddled with bullets. Should probably extend the bomb timer to 1min and 15sec so that the nocliper doesn't get a huge advantage on T-side by instantly flying into the bombsite and planting.
only problem might be that no clip gives the player godmode.

And the Negev would once again be meta still. XM1014 would be meta too because a 100-round automatic shotgun will be spitting more damage up close than any other weapon up to medium range other than AWP. SMGs that allow run and gun like P90 will also be pretty insane because you're spitting bullets at such a fast rate twice the duration

This is the experience I remember when I used to play cs, but it was so long ago that it was called cs 1.6.
This game any game should be about fun and this video is everything hilarious. We need more.

Idea: competitive csgo but no talking/comms. Or the opposite where both teams could hear each other talking
They can secretly use chat and we can only verify integrity when we watch the match replay

"CS:GO but it's Gun Game", you can't buy new guns, if you get a kill you get better guns. For example: Glock -> P250 -> Tec-9 -> Deagle -> SMG -> normal riffle -> AWP/Auto Sniper. For every death you go one step back, two steps if you get knifed.
You could revisit it with a twist:
Every round you start with one mag, but hitting an enemy refunds 2 bullets.
Optional: Dealing 20+ damage with a grenade will refund the grenade.
Optional: hitting a friend refunds 2 bullets.
By default the refunded bullets are directly in your gun. If it is too strong, the bullets are refunded to your reserve ammo.

I'm kind of surprised SMGs didn't come into play here. Considering how fast you dump all your bullets with them, I thought I'd get to see more of it.
CSGO but you can buy at any spot on the map and at any time of the round, maybe double kill rewards to make this even crazier

Well, that’s actually a pretty neat idea, instead of starter pistols, spawn with 5 random pistol crates from danger zone, 1 util crate(blue) each and 1 item crate(orange), then the same after round 1 with smg/shotgun boxes, then increasing every round, 1 experimental weapon drop added, one shotgun/smg crate removed so 5 rounds with increasing main weapons, 1 pistol only round and 1 second round weapons rounds. Seems like a fun idea!

That first D2 pistol reminds me of EVERY GAME someone comes up with a pistolround in a pug that is mor elaborate than "Rush/split A/B".

The use of the Turret opera is emaculate
CS GO: but each round lasts 30 seconds and you can only win by elimination (no bomb plant/defuse) or by time. For each kill you or one of your teammates get your team gets +5 seconds on the timer. A headshot grants your team +2 additional seconds.
