I ❤ your consistent, from a rookies pov, content. I’m about to graduate CDL school and Roehl looks like a good company! Do you have a driver referral code? Thx
That's awesome Maximum! On week 2 you will feel a lot more comfortable I believe. I know I did. I was really nervous at the beginning! Keep us updated if you don't mind. I wish you the best with it. Be safe and God bless
Thank you very much, Jill 🙏 I would definitely recommend Roehl to newbies. I'm a newbie myself and I'm very happy and thankful to have earned my CDL through Roehl and with the income and experience I'm earning now. Are you thinking of getting into trucking?
@@bluegrassoutdoors No problem! It seems like you’re really enjoying it😊 I would love to start trucking myself, I have been studying for my general knowledge test I’m just a bit nervous about the drug test so I’m waiting another month or so before giving it a real shot 😭
@@bluegrassoutdoors All of my documents have been uploaded and accepted. I had my second interview. I have to take my drug tests tomorrow in Cincinnati. My start date is May 5th. Unfortunately, they’re sending me to Wisconsin instead of Gary. That bummed me out a little because Gary is only 4 hours from home so I would have been able to go home on the weekends. The Wisconsin location is 9 1/2 hours away so I won’t be able to make that trip on weekends. I really didn’t want to be away from my wife and kids for 3 weeks but that’s out of my control. All I can do is take it in stride, one day at a time. Sometimes sacrifices must be made to ensure a better future.
@@Willy_On_Wheels i live in northern kentucky (union, which is just south of florence). my interview with roehl is scheduled for noon this wednesday. been studying for the permit and taking the practice tests. it’s encouraging to see you guys share info. and interact. i’m just trying to learn and absorb everything i can about this decision ive made. it’s definitely gonna be a different experience for me. i’ve always enjoyed working alone, but trucking life looks like it could get very lonesome at times. if all goes well willy, im hoping to start in gary indiana a week after you on may 12th. we shall see. any advice you can pass on would be greatly appreciated. take care and God bless.
Really glad to hear it going well and you are enjoying it. Love the videos brother. Wishing you and the family all the best. 👍🤙
If you log into the weather channel app on your phone it will tell you the current weather in the city and state you are in at the time
Sounds like your getting pretty good miles, especially for being out 5 days and going home👍

Genuinely enjoy your uploads! They’re relaxing😁 Would you recommend newbies to join rohel ? I’ve been heavily considering it

Family is important .get to them every chance you get .
Yes indeed! It's time that should be cherished for sure. Thank you for your kind comments 🙏
Mr. BLUEGRASS...
Hello Brian 👋 it's good to hear from you sir!
I read on Roehl’s website drivers and be out 11-4 days and home 3 days. Is that realistic and is 3 days home actually 72 hours?
That's a national driver. I was regional so I was out 5 days and home for 48 hours.
Well that’s a lot better than 34 hours!
@bobbystokes9269 yes indeed! Roehl is pretty good with their off time.
Two weeks?
Thank you for that, lol. I did t even notice til you mentioned it!
Cool channel Sir.
Thank you very much my friend 🙏 I appreciate that a lot!
Hey buddy I’m up here in Gary,IN for Roehl’s flatbed training. I love your videos
Thank you very much for the kind comment 🙏 What do you think of the training so far? It's a very rewarding feeling, once you get your cdl!
@@bluegrassoutdoors I got my cdl thru prime. But the training is intense and very informative
@@MrTacoTrucking Why did you leave Prime for Roehl? If you don’t mind me asking.
@@Willy_On_Wheels I’m gonna put my number on my description on my page and just text that
Did you drive through Florence, Ky Monday morning on I-71?
Hello Jason! That was probably me. If I'm not mistaken, I did go that way indeed.
@@bluegrassoutdoors I thought it was you. I could be wrong though.
@@Willy_On_Wheels my truck is 6843 👍 How is the process going for you now with roehl?
