I agree. It's good to see him smile, obviously enjoying the memories. For a long time Ginger seemed to be angry, or just not happy with people and situations. Jack was always cool in interviews, and Eric could go either way, but Cream brought them together.
Ginger reminds me of a less amiable no nonsense older brother of whispering Bob Harris. I think Anyone For Tennis is a charming whimsical song. I like it when artists occasionally do the opposite of what's expected of them, like The Stranglers with Golden Brown
Reminds me of Peter O'Toole on Cavett saying if a performer ever shows that they're in a bad mood then people will ask for their money back 😅 Which documentary is this from? 👀
I never was a Cream fan or any of the offshoots, but watching this I felt the history of this, the brevity of this coming right through the phone. I guess it pretty much says it all about the time of their breakup. Ginger slightly sober ( Okay, I have watched the documentary about him)
A person would have to be daft to come up with such a ridiculous idea for the song and to have nobody tell them it's horrible is what's shocking. What a bringdown.
It’s good to see Ginger so upbeat & apparently happy in this series of interviews!

I know. I’m scared too
A great band😊love you eric❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I want to see a "Cream Shreds" video with the Anyone for Tennis clip.
All I can hear is Pressed Rat and Warthog when Ginger talks. That Smothers Brothers thing is agonising

I liked their Falstaff Beer commercial. It was entertaining.
RIP Peter ‘GInger’ Baker

A band has to have a manager that gets the band what it wants and rejects daft ideas like that video. That song deserved so much better.
Clapton keeps on complaining and complaining and blaming everyone but himself…old sock.
watch the rest of these interviews. takes responsibility mostly due to his passivity.
His addictions made his chest puff out and be very dumb with his words

Postal Job Interview: "What is a weakness of yours, Mr. Clapton."
"Oi! I'm too darn nice!"
Ginger Baker, a good drummer but a heavy substance abuser.
And a truly obnoxious human being.
