The fagued ignorance so they could bring to him the evidence of his phone pinging off cell towers near the home and the geotracker telling them he indeed did leave the house and was at his ex's.

He also said that he heard her truck and got up to see she was leaving and heading to work, he said he then went back to bed. Since everyone else has pointed out how inept the female interrogator was and how she seriously compromised the case by continuing to question the suspect after he asked for a lawyer, I'll just ask why her male partner didn't cut her off since it seems he did understand the correct process? By letting her continue like that he was equally complicit in breaking the rules and violating this scum-bag's rights, sad to say.
Exactly. They would’ve let a terrible person get off due to “expressing themselves“ smh follow the law detectives! If they have all of this evidence, then a confession wouldn’t even make a difference.❤
Sad. But that female detective needed to STOP the questioning as soon as he asked for a lawyer. The male detective made the right decision. I honestly don’t understand how she was able to continue. I do hope she was reprimanded!
She should have but there’s a fine line. She’s not asking questions. She’s telling him what they have hoping he’ll change his mind. Him talking to other women does not prove he wasn’t jealous. Wrong focus! He murdered 4 human beings and your biggest concern is that the female detective should be reprimanded🤯 But you don’t share why think she should be reprimanded!
This guy is a monster and guilty BUT, very unprofessional of this cop to continue asking Qs after he asks for a lawyer. Puts the whole case in jeopardy.
I’ve seen a lot of interrogations and this was by far the worst. Why so worried about him cutting the grass, repeating the same thing OVER and OVER again and he asked for an attorney and still talking to him.
No he serving 4 life sentences. Because he’s broke, he can’t even pay a cellphone bill. If he has money, they would have stopped, because they know they would have been shredded for this by a great lawyer.
@@lukesmith3618that's not the point she got lucky if the defense attorney was evil and psychopathic enough and chose to request a dismissal cause she kept talking the whole case would have fallen apart and the old evidence would be useless in a retrial
I don't know how the detectives got by with this interrogation. I certainly hope they didn't try to use it in court. He specifically asked for an attorney, yet she kept talking. They are supposed to walk away and not say another word. Im assuming that, as the detective didn't ask questions after this POS requests a lawyer, the appointed council either didn't pursue the issue or had the court order anything said after his request deemed inadmissible. Wow, she’s breaking Miranda and jeopardizing the admissibility of his statements by continuing to question him after he requests an attorney.
Some people think their significant other or someone who had their baby is their property from that point on wether they’re together or not.
Exactly
Wrong focus! He murdered 4 human beings and your biggest concern is that the female detective should be reprimanded🤯 But you don’t share why think she should be reprimanded!
I'm sure the female detective was reprimanded. All information that she got could not be used against him in court.
Look how the interrogation switched. At the start female detective was friendly and suddenly turnt into emotion array. Good tack ticks
This guy is a monster and guilty BUT, very unprofessional of this cop to continue asking Qs after he asks for a lawyer. Puts the whole case in jeopardy.
The righteous indignation of a cold blooded murderer. The idiocy of an unqualified cop.
She took 45 minutes to successfully figure out how his phone bill wasn’t paid but still receiving text.
I’ve seen a lot of interrogations and this was by far the worst. Why so worried about him cutting the grass, repeating the same thing OVER and OVER again and he asked for an attorney and still talking to him.
What a monster he should have gotten the same fate he gave his family 😢
He asked for his lawyer and they continued to interrogate him. That could have cost them the case
No he serving 4 life sentences. Because he’s broke, he can’t even pay a cellphone bill. If he has money, they would have stopped, because they know they would have been shredded for this by a great lawyer.
They never ask him another question.

She promised him several times a phone call, then the male detective gets upset because he asked for a lawyer and tells him that he can't make the call. Absolutely unprofessional. I hope they lost their jobs or at least got suspended with further education. That was a horrible interrogation.
They should do to him what he did to his victims
That detective is not smart. She'll be lucky if a judge doesn't throw the entire conversation out.
The gripping "Lawn Maintenance" line of questioning really paid off in the end. Brilliant interrogation skills.

I believe this monster thought killing his son with his mother would exclude him as a suspect, thinking if my son dies also no one would ever think I'm capable of doing something so horrendous. Sick MF hope all four of those beautiful souls haunt him everyday.
*With all respect to all officers and detectives, this lady detective almost blew this investigation. Once he said I need to talk to a lawyer they should have stopped.*

Just your average low impulse-control hood-rat.
Does your grandma know that your a cold-blooded killer?!
I hope that he gets the true justice that he deserves in prison for Killing 2 innocent little baby's.

Emotionally immature man child

His lawyer will probably get anything said after he asked to talk to a lawyer thrown out.
Ya... but luckily he didn't say anything important after asking for an attorney... that detective was walking a fine line and taking a big risk... it's the "fruit from the poisonous tree" doctrine...
This scenario plays out all too often in our community. Perpetual cycle. When will it end?
Isn't this how people get off on technicalities? Ask for a lawyer, you should get a lawyer..Period.
Evil in disguise as a human. Heart wrenching what it did ! Smh
Terrible interrogation 😮 I am glad that it did not affect the outcome of this case justice
This is amazing, dude is a monster, but with that said, the officer shouldn't have been allowed to say anything else, about the case, when he requested a lawyer.. Law and Crime, is that right or not?
Your right I noticed it too🤔but we both know the answer just like it confirmed plz ya think they be more careful not to mess it up go by the book and not get off on some technicality😮
I noticed that as well. This man is the worst of the worst, but once he invoked his right to an attorney, the interrogation should have stopped.

Yes he did ask for a lawyer, however the detectives never asked him another question. They stated there case and showed him some evidence. No questions asked

I got great satisfaction when seeing he realised his life was over.
This is disgusting rip to the kids and mom
Im assuming that, as the detective didn't ask questions after this POS requests a lawyer, the appointed council either didn't pursue the issue or had the court order anything said after his request deemed inadmissible.
The detective definitely needs to work on questioning techniques, as one day soon the attorneys they come up against won't be court appointed & will wipe the floor with them & an offender will walk!!
RIP to all the victims here. 💔
Why are they continuing to talk to him after he asked for a lawyer?

Actually, killing children is one of the few areas of violent crime where women predominate.
Are you failing to recall the MANY cases where children are k!//ed by their mothers? Or just purposely shrugging it off?
