Huge props to the son for believing his daughter’s accusations against the accused (his father). He’s the example all fathers should follow. The fact that he’s a good man after being raised by this jackal and his awful mother is a true testament to how great of a man he is.
As hard as it may be, as father I'd take seriously any kind of allegation my children would make. Against ANYONE! I always feel like someone is guilty when they are willing to sit there and discuss random stuff for minutes and minutes without asking WHY they are in trouble or being questioned! It’s bc they ALREADY KNOW!
Your children need you. They're more important than your desire for revenge. They need their father at home. Visiting him in the penitentiary is not helpful. At least, that's the way I think about it. @turdfergusoniii9298
My great grandfather did something similar to his kids, everyone in the family knew about it and he was never arrested, reported, zero consequences. I could sense tension in my family and there were a lot of estranged relationships, but the truth was hidden from all the great grandchildren and he was allowed around us freely, he was treated as a beloved family member. Finally after he died when I was in college I asked my great uncle why was everyone so weird around each other, and then I was told the truth. I believe that this same thing happens in many families, and adult abusers are typically protected more than child victims
I remember when I was in junior high this Mexican kid he was telling his buddies he can't wait to get home to watch pornos with his grandfather and his other friends for clowning him saying that he jacks off with his grandfather and he kind of smiled about it weird but I don't know if that was all an act for all us to hear or not I mean but who knows
Something similar happened to me on my dads side of the family, but it was my uncle. Almost everyone knew and didn’t have an issue with it until after his passing, but in the meantime it was all giggles and smiles. Where’s the sense of dignity and self respect, literally nowhere to be found!
My sister didn't believe my niece when she told her the step daddy molested her, I was soo angry with my sister I took my niece into my home, and I still have not forgiven my sister, she said my niece made it up

To me it looks like they want to be political correct and unload this on kids to manipulate them, its disgusting
This guy reminds me of my Dad. I grew up without knowing he molested my sister. We were treated as slaves by my dad and my mom was too afraid of him as well. When we grew up he started to lose his mind when my sisters moved out. I eventually found out got some balls and kicked him out of my moms house. No one talks to him now but he’s still roaming around the streets. Recently found out he got a 15 year old pregnant in Mexico. Wish I could do something to prevent this from happening. The youngest child is still at home and he doesn’t pay child support for her either.
I like how he acts all feeble with bad memory problems and broken English…. Yet he’s this disgusting evil pervert who hurt those poor girls over and over and over… year after year after year. Makes my stomach hurt. Literally makes me feel violent. Im posting this as I’m listening and hearing that the grandma knew makes me even more enraged. Those poor girls.
I think its one of those things where you think about it and push it away, but once the tabu is broken, once he does touch the kids, the floodgate is open and there is barely any chance of him not doing it anymore
I had a similar thought. He's been in this country, and he somehow doesn't know certain words and barely knows how to say his own birthday. Trying to make himself seem helpless to garner sympathy, I think.
I was molested for 4 years when I was younger by foster brother and I would cry and tell my foster parents but they never believed me and I would be punished for lying. I finally got the courage to tell my teacher I was removed from the house and he got life in prison. I will never forget what happened to me.
My great uncle molested my uncles and cousins. Those that spoke up were trashed by his supporters. It was so destructive to our family. Now he is out of jail I can’t stand seeing pics and posts of him living his life. He doesn’t deserve it. This dude getting only probation is disgusting.
When competent and loving parents...choose to estrange from their dysfunctional older parents or a dysfunctional extended family... Don't judge. You have no idea what people may be estranging from. Some adults don't deserve to be grandparents. Toxic and abusive people...dont get better with age. To the parents trying to protect their children from dysfunctional grandparents... listen to your instincts. Not the enmeshed people within the dysfunctional family system Protect your children first.
Thank you! I am often judged for having nothing to do with my elderly mother who presents as a sweet and kind little old lady to the public. In reality, she never wanted me, alternately neglected and tormented me throughout my life, and I believe that she has molested baby boys who can't yet speak. She was SA'd for years, in childhood, by her father, and grew up to be a lying, cruel, rage-filled covert malignant narcissist who loves no one. I only found out recently, by accident, and it explains a LOT. She'll NEVER admit it, unfortunately, and there is no help for her.
I’m 61 years old and will always refer to my father as “Daddy” He earned that term of endearment. He could be a bit tough but that was men of that generation. He treated both of my daughters like princesses. My girls adored their “Pa”. We were never more safe than when we were in his presence. I can’t imagine what those poor children must have felt
My mother hid behind her Christianity, church and Bible thumping ways! My father was wonderful but I was made to help her hide her secrets my entire life!
My Mom was the same way with her Dad. She called him Daddy, and he was the kindest, sweetest man you could ever know. She did not marry a man like her father. Life with my Dad was rough.
The abusers never tell the truth. My uncle said he never did anything, but ended up pleading guilty to end my relentless pursuit of justice 40 years after I first told.
This is exactly why i taught my kids at a very young age about being touched in an inappropriate way. To instill in them that no matter who is treating them inappropriately and no matter what threat they may make, it is very important to tell me and that no harm would ever come to them. That I would literally take them out of this world.
Same, good job mama! my kids are 3,7 and 9. I've had talks with them multiple times and they don't use "baby" talk. I'm very, very clear what happens and what these monsters will try and say to keep keep quiet. I don't trust ANYONE with my kids besides their dad/my husband. We make sure our work schedules are matched so we never need a sitter. Both of us were hurt as children by these monsters I'll do anything to prevent that happening to my babies.
Unfortunately as much as you speak to your children, sometimes they don't disclose until laterr years later . Seen it many time and speaking from personal experience!
I had this happen to me when I was young and so did my mother so when I had my daughter me and my mom were VERY CAREFUL AND taught my daughter the exact same things, and I had my son 5yrs after my daughter, I thought I was living a good peaceful life until my daughter turned 14 and a COMPLETE BOMB GOT DROPPED ON ME, no signs, no come to mommy moments when she’s always been my little Ace mommy’s little princess, AND my mother’s everything as well, but she never came to me until waaayyy later, and that hurts me more than you could fathom….I TRUST NO ONE no matter how long and how great they try to be, I had the devil walking around my house,in the form of an Angel….🥹😒😞😡🤬THATS REALLY A HARD PILL TO SWALLOW,I thought I was soooo cautious,I wish she would just have allowed me to be her hero and I feel like a failure….
This was absolutely evil! The fact that the grandmother knew makes it even more disgusting. I have three grandchildren and I would die for them and if I ever found out someone was hurting them I would be in prison! This man and his wife should be given the death penalty just like all pedofiles. Our laws need to be changed because the light sentences that these child predators get is unacceptable and it’s every single time. They should get the death penalty or they should be sentenced to a lifetime of medical experimentation for the greater good!
There was NO proof. It is, he said, she said. That's enough for you to convict someone and put them in prison? They didn't even have enough evidence to change him, let alone take this to a jury. I surely hope if you ever have someone's life in your hands that you take the responsibility seriously and hold the state to their burden of proof. There is NO proof here. He may or may not be guilty. But, they don't have anything to so much as change him. Does that mean nothing to you? Is it better that a guilty man go free than an innocent man sit in prison?
10 months of probation??? No wonder predators aren't afraid of getting caught! Molesting kids should carry a life sentence--it's a life sentence for their victims. They have to live with that trauma for the rest of their lives.
If you speak Spanish here is some advice: It makes you look more guilty when your English gets worse around what would generally be considered incriminating or otherwise uncomfortable circumstances. I don’t speak Spanish but have been around many people who do and usually don’t much trouble understanding people who have thick accents. This gentleman was wearing his guilt by his every word in my eyes. His apparent English skills change depending on how incriminating the question is
16:34 I like how he tries to set it up with his “dementia” claims right at the beginning too. He really thought between “I can’t remember” and “I don’t understand” he was gonna get away with it
_His apparent English skills change depending on how incriminating the question is_ I expected him to pull the Spanish card. He's not a terribly articulate speaker but his English comprehension is fluent. He used to word coma correctly. And he understood, clearly, everything else they said.

I’ve learned from a friend who works in corrections: Pedophiles are often the nicest people to your face. They will try to put your guard down by being consistently nice and will offer to help. They will offer to babysit, help you around the house etc. The do tend to profile people who are strapped for money, have some sort of problems, because they will be more desperate for help and less willing to want to notice that something is wrong. Nobody that is actually nice will keep asking to be your friend, to help you out, pay for your stuff, or want to be with your children. That in itself should raise a huge red flag for anyone and say no to pope like that. But when a family member does that, that’s just pure evil and I feel so sorry for those kids. My motto: I’d rather offend a nice person than let a creep get away with stuff. Strong and visible boundaries, even at a cost of appearing to be rude.
It must feel so good to have your family believe you about something like this happening to you, and them standing by you to protect you. I wish I had that kind of support when I was younger. I pray these kids are not mentally affected by this later in life, its awful.
If you were my daughter i would have believe you I hope everything is ok and you my friend have so much good to receive in life but just remember stay kind I was also brought up in the wrong family so i know how you feel x

I’m truly surprised the police department didn’t have a translator for such a serious interrogation. Just seems like something they should have available.
👍 YES, this is exactly what I’m thinking 🤔 😮 WHY not have a translator? It feels like the police department DOESNT believe this issue of “CHILD ABUSE is not that serious” … BUT it’s a horrific, pervasive, lifelong issue which has a ripple effect that is devastating to many people. This horrible man couldn’t remember his own daughter’s NAME & that is NOT the fault of language or education difficulties.
People teach their kids to not talk to strangers but they fail to teach them to tell them EVERYTHING that is happening. Most abusers are those who are very close to the family and whom those kids trust.
Exactly! It's not nearly as likely that a stranger will do this, although it definitely happens. It's the people you trust who have the easiest access that are the danger. I told my kids when they were really little that if anyone touched them in certain places or ways that they needed to tell me no matter what. I even told them that if that person threatened them in some way they needed to tell me. My kids are all grown now, and thankfully, nothing like that ever happened to them.
You couldn't put me in the same room as that guy, and expect him to come out of it all intact .. What a filthy, foul animal. I hope his victims find closure, and i know how hard it is. Poor souls.
Because we voters keep voting in weak people. We need to vote in strong DAs, prosecutors, judges and sheriffs. We are the ones who are to blame for that and we need to change it!
I had a friend who was molested by her father. To this day, now 70yrs old it still messes w her head. The rest of her siblings don't believe it and have ostracized her. Terrible.
he should've gotten a WAAYYYYYYY more intense sentence. something similar to this happened to my mom when she was a little girl for years and something like this also happened to me. i know from first hand experience how absolutely detrimental this is to your mental health especially later in life. i hope all his victims get the help they so deeply deserve
Did anyone else hear how when they finally told him why he was there, he started denying before they could even finish the sentence? That means he knew already why he was there.
This guy reminds me of my grandfather on my dad's side. He molested both his daughters and I'm sure there were more victims. He was kind of feeble-minded and ineffectual in other areas of his life, too. He died and I never went to his funeral. I wasn't even invited, because they kind of knew.
Well I'm glad he's no longer existing. An ex had a friend with a father that impregnated his own daughter, it was sad and the baby appeared to have defects.

My son was molested by an old friend of 26 years. The state wasn't going to file charges until we found out that he also molested his cousin's daughter. I never would have imagined he would do that. He's been in jail waiting for trial for 24 months now. One charge is a life felony and two are 15 year felonies
Imagine going to your grandparents house( the ones who are supposed to be the most loving to you outside of your parents), only to be traumatized by them....Yet alone it happening for years... I just know from experience how terrified they were and imagine how furious/heartbroken the parents must be. Having your own parents be cruel to your kids has to be top 2 of worst situations to be in. Praying for them.
My children grew up knowing that it does not matter who the person is...NO ONE has the right to hurtfully touch ANY part of their body. And when i saw their grand-dad trying to touch my daughter and niece inappropriately one holiday ( he was tickling them from breast to groin and more than one touch was in a sensitive area) i called him out in front of the whole family. He looked at me Innocently and asked how is he supposed to show affection for them, and i told him by respecting their personal space and not forcing them to tolerate uncomfortable contact.
This shows "family" does not always mean your safe or good. There's family I won't let my kids go around. Protect your kids people and be vigilant. Don't wait until it's to late! Run with your instinct first.
I personally believe that The “danger stranger” campaign that schools have drilled into children’s heads for decades has likely been much more harmful than successful because a child is almost always assaulted in that way by a family member or anyone who is close or trusted by their family. Sadly most do t tell because they may think it’s ok because it wasn’t a stranger who them so it must be ok then.
My jaw dropped as the they read the list of things to him but I'm glad they did. I'm glad they spared no detail and made him face the things he did OPENLY, knowing everyone now knows. Police, her parents, everyone. His disgusting deeds aren't in the dark anymore. I'm so glad their parents believed them.
The problem is it's hard to send someone to prison for a long time without evidence and in most of these cases all there is are the words of the victims.
Anyone who S/A's a child/adult should get life in prison,no parole. That is the sentence their victims got.Praying these kids have a safe, happy beautiful life. After therapy of course.🙏💕💕

I told my kids when they were really little that if anyone touched them in certain places or ways that they needed to tell me no matter what. Interrogator: How long have you had dementia?
Perp: I don’t remember
Wow he's lucky his son didn't kill him for this. Justice would have been served! The grandmother should also be prosecuted as well. Sick people!
I have 3 children and 4 Grandkids. I will protect them with my life. This guy violated his Grandchildren and he needs to be put away so he won't do it again. How do they know he hasn't done this to others?
He is over-stating the fact that he has had a head injury, as to use it in his favor and justify his actions if found guilty. It's pure evil and sickening. These monsters have it down to the T when it comes to getting away with their sickness. I feel really bad for the kids. They are the real victims here. 😔💔
I noticed that to
Those poor girls had no justice! And their parents are left feeling that guilt. Shameful sentence
Funny how he said he barely spoke English in the beginning but as the interview continued, he spoke English just fine 😒
Man, That constant cutting out of the audio when a name or address is mentioned is freaking obnoxious.
10 yrs probation!?! Where's the justice in that??? Smh
Hope the girls are in intense therapy for what he's done to them😭
My God,brings some really horrible moments to me. My step grandfather did such awful things to me from 5 years to 11 years. He said if I told on him he'd kill my family and me. I was to afraid to tell. How it came out is really awful. But thank God it did finally come out.
I'm so sorry you went through that and I hope that you are safe now. 🙏❤️
So glad you're safe now, love and strengths.
❤
I think the grandmother needs to go to prison for having knowledge of what he was doing, all those years and she knew he had done this before. I don't wish anything good comes of her.
I thought the whole point of having a police and judicial system was to put people like him in jail away from our kids. I bet he'll find another way to be near other kids
It’s almost someone who is suppose to be a fundamental supportive part of your life . Poor kids . The fact he won’t admit it isn’t surprising . He knows it’s wrong . I am so glad they are being heard and believed . That helps so much
Grandparents are supposed to be everything your parents should be but sweeter. Imagine being a kid and your grandpa who you just naturally love start being inappropriate with you as an innocent child. He should be in jail for 100 years! Those girls are permanently scarred for life!
he is 70 so 100 years no point just give him life he is not going to make 170 he prob will be dead by time he gets to 100 if he is lucky dont think he got 30 years left in him tbh
I’m so glad my dad was amazing with me growing up. I can’t even imagine what it’s like having some one like this do those things for years. I feel bad for the families and victims
Me either!
I’m 30 and my dad still treats me like his baby. Cooks for me and we go on walks together. Can’t imagine what they went through, I wish everyone could experience the real love of a dad :(
@@greenerytuin579My dad was one of my favorite people in the world. My sister and I were so close to him. When I grew up, got married and had a family, he loved being a grandpa. My kids just loved him so much, too. I miss him a lot. He passed away at 91, which is a long life, but I still miss him like crazy.
16:11 _"When were you diagnosed with dementia?_

What a sad outcome. Basically no justice for those poor kids.
10 yrs probation is not Justice for SA to 3 young girls who have to live with this
If the wife knew and didn’t report it. She should have been accountable too!
I agree 100% She is just as guilty!!
It’s so frustrating when they get away with it…
This man should be in prison for a very long time and the judicial system letting him get away with this is disgusting.
I have always regretted not telling my father when I was 7 that his friend molested me. Jeff and Chrystle. We used to go over to their place and my parents would play euchre with them. He was a heater repairman. It was in Indiana. It was a cold & snowy night. when an urgent call came in for a repair. He asked if I wanted to ride along. I said O.K. On the way home he told me to scoot closer because it was so cold. I obeyed. He stuck his fingers inside me and told me not to tell. They had a silly little poodle. I didn't want his wife to hurt. I thought it was my fault. They used to frequently have rhubarb pie. I now hate rhubarb.
...he is shocked, because... they promised... not to tell...😡
I’m only halfway through. Did he really say that? Wtf
