I come from dirt rally and 2.0, this is my 1st WRC game. The car detail is amazing! The stages and graphics are great! The draw distance and view distance can use a little bit of work, but the game plays great. I love it so far. As far as FPS, dirt is definitely cleaner. I’m running a Ryzen 5 5600x in a RTX3070 and everything is on very high. I’m getting 75-90 FPS

@@PuncakeLena playing WRC generations and knowing that the license is going away feels a little disappointed , but if the Codemasters as at least as good as Dirt Rally than is good for me.
I've tried "that" version. Was so impressed that I just bought it. I like WRC games because when I'm lazy to set my wheel, I can just use gamepad with triggers and have a blast. I honestly don't like wrc that much, i'm more into dirt rally 2.0. But this add another content while codemasters deliver some magic. I don't like that each year they basically deliver the same game, the physics is not there, whatever people say, i don't find it believable at all. You had a rollover in portugal, that was bad physics. People seem to confuse physics with tire degradation. I went into this video hopping to be persuaded to buy it, due to the name and my fascination with classic rally cars. Regrettably though it seems the only thing I'd gain from picking this up would be being able to drive the Corolla and the Xsara, the latter being close to my heart from playing Colin McRae 04 as a kid. The graphics are fine, but the sound design doesn't pump the heart like DiRT Rally 2.0s has been doing for me since release day. Curious and nervous to see what will happen now EA has its hooks into codemasters.. I'm hoping for a mixture of CM's graphics and sound design and.WRCs car licences / country selection, but only time will tell.
LOL "You can customize all these car settings. But I we will not be touching that. Because it will break it." Paraphrased, but I legit have the same fears. And the descriptions of what they do sometimes makes me feel its giving you somehting while taking away something else. But I dont understand when it would be beneficial to do either. lol Still get decent stage times. But I know I am losing the potential of shaving a few seconds off my stage times if I understood how all this stuff worked.
Agreed, especially since Dakar's recent update, which seems to have fixed the crashing issues I was having on my PS4. Not sure if XB1 or PC had the same issues?

Only problem I have with this game is it feels like the game will only read my throttle pedal when I have it between 80-100 so I have to floor it constantly. Have seen others with this problem, annoying because I like the new features from WRC 10.

I am actually a little disappointed by this game. While the selection of cars and events is great, I can't create my own championship as older games could do. Not even single events in the historic section. I.e. I can't run a full Wales Rally GB, only single stages. I can't do a championship with i.e. the Audi Quattro, the Escort RS1800 or Xsara WRC. Why? Or am I doing something wrong?

@@tenkrow For fun BITD, I used to drive my own MK2 Escort way too fast along some local B roads in the depths of Scotland, maybe it's the perspective that makes it look that way, but I never felt so confined by the edge of the road as it looks in the game.
6:30 destroyed by famous Fafe jump ;)
it looks like your driving a boat..
Only problem I have with this game is it feels like the game will only read my throttle pedal when I have it between 80-100 so I have to floor it constantly. Have seen others with this problem, annoying because I like the new features from WRC 10.
People Can Say What They Want, But Physics in WRC Games are Just not There Quality-Wise. Dirt 2.0 is More Believable, Tires Pop, Terminal Damage Happens and None of This is Present in WRC, I Never Broke the Car in WRC, Even After 160 Km/h Meet With a Tree. I Also Hate the Fact That They Made the Games Same Year after Year. If (Dirt 3.0?) or Whatever Next Rally Game from Codemasters Will Come Out, I Will buy it More Confidently, Because 2.0 is a Great Game, Beating Anything KT Made in the Past 6 Years....
nice hybrid, another thing that can break on the already fragile modern rally cars.
Is the hybrid feature installed on cars so they will break faster than older ICE cars? Making them have a shorter lifespan? Are they easy to work on?
I didn’t know this was releasing
Not having VR support is a big NO for me.
Graphics look like early ps4
You must be from another reality.
agreed. the details and the lighting system maybe?
Personally I think the wrc generations is a good game but the handling on a logitech is utterly useless but I know its not made for a Logie
No 6R4... boooo for them! Or an Opel Manta!
For the algorithm.
interesting game but nothing can beat richard burns rally what comes to realism... except beamNG but its not rallygame
Please fix your recording settings :|
NNNOOOO VVVRRRR NNNNNOOOOO BBBBUUUUYYYYYY...........get it?

I am actually a little disappointed by this game.
While the selection of cars and events is great, I can't create my own championship as older games could do. Not even single events in the historic section. I.e. I can't run a full Wales Rally GB, only single stages. I can't do a championship with i.e. the Audi Quattro, the Escort RS1800 or Xsara WRC. Why? Or am I doing something wrong?
Might wanna crop that video tho seeing that friends of yours profile name might offend some ppl.
Nah.. let them be offended... its their choice to be so.

@@RomeroAnchovy if people get offered by spanish we have problems
@@lochiecrosbie true though there's always that one though.not saying I'm them again was just trying to look out for someone.
These stages slaughter the stages on ea wrc. Ea tracks have always veen dull.
I play on the Xbox Series X and I love to drive from the view of the dashboard only with WRC 10 has graphics like from 10 years ago only slightly smoothed as if someone had stuck a mosquito net and the sound is not to mention just old reheated chops sell to people and they enjoy it shame 2022 and no one has made a desirable rally game yet Graphically, physically and sonically no one for so many years ha ha😂😂😂👍🤪🏎️🎸🎼
Im on PC maxed settings and yea don't worry the game looks bad here to. But yea there really hasn't been a solid rally game in years.
Come back to PS3-PS4 😂😂
Just get a wheel already
Slideshow settings! Missed frames everywhere...Graphics look terrible too...
FPS was the recording. Game looks amazing when you're driving, it's not like you stop and look at the scenery.
nice framerate
It's the recording, i'm certain it's not in-game framerate.
No match for dirt 2.0
No VR, no chance of me choosing this over Dirt 2.0...
had to opt out of this vid at the beginning. It doesn't drive really well, it drives like a horses arse sadly
Is there no Celica GT4? 1/10, sh*t game. :p
honest? i sat thru 17 minutes and you hadnt mentioned adaptive triggers once. fail.
usually enjoy your videos but this is way to laggy, damn it runs shit :D
You lost me at I'm playing on a controller
tf is that? 20 fps? thats impossible to watch
I think im first
That frame-rate would make it unplayable for me.
I'll stick with Gran Turismo 7.
Its a video problem, not the game.
An HONEST look , so what, do you normally lie ? About HONEST. Wasn't you brought up to be HONEST LOL HAHA...... guess not ha ha ....
This looks like the same bollocks as the last game only with less to offer. All these guys prove is that they can still steal money off people under false pretences and promises.
You clearly haven't played it 🤣
