- Enjoy this CGI 3D Animated short film...In a futuristic city, a single man, Aaron, discovers a world governed by work. People are formatted and are not aware of what they are or what they are doing. Despite him, Aaron will interfere and upset this world.

I think the message here is that people are not having variety in life and they basically do their jobs like robots. Some of them don't seem to be socializing so their life is bland and boring. The message is that people should stop, wake up, and find something new. It's not saying that they should quit or anything, but instead to change your life a little and experience new things.
I think that she got fired when he bumped into her because he made her "get off track". In the short film, you see a lot of signs saying "stay focused", "stay on time", etc, but by bumping into her, she didn't stay on task (at work) anymore and became a "distraction" for her. As a result, she lost her job, but she also became more human (thus, the shedding of the blue skin thingy).

I am not sure if this is a dystopia. It seams like one from outside perspective of man pointlesly wandering around, but everybody else is just doing what they should (which is what humans do in society). Additionaly the woman is broken first and then ends unfitting, this short is even called glitch. Maby my point of view is different but it can be interpreted this way.
This would be an amazing platform game!

The initial concept is very similar to a mobile game called "vector". It's a parkour game, but this reminds me a lot of it

reminds me two similar animation: one is "Beat", second is about people with red books and a man with a blue book. He meet a girl with a blue book but theres a bad guy and so on. No spoilers.

I love the depth in this. (For those who need someone to spell out the message, this is for you) People put so much time and effort into work that it reaches a point where that's all we know to do. It's our programming. This isn't about not working and isn't a platform towards an anti-work stance. It's screaming at us that there is more to life than a mediocre job and a pay check. And thinking that way shouldn't be seen as a fault or a glitch. Work is necessary, yes, but excess work and living life only to work will only put you into a routine that won't bring happiness.
Dude this is excessive. I couldn't name a single person I know, or knew, or that my friends know that live for work, or puts work before her own life or something. Plus there is nothing deep in what you just said. It's just neo-comunist whining and shall be ignored.

By the looks of it being fired was the best thing that ever happened to them. The Glitch done them a big favor. Now They can both live without being or feeling restricted. 👍👍

Fusurugi 1984 is a perfect example.
more like brave new world. flooded with information nobody actually wants, the info every needs falls through the cracks. already people are too saturated to look up political agendas and complain when everything turns to shit.

Interesting but the consequences of everyone deciding to just stop working altogether can be worse than if people just work.
I can see the animator trying to represent a workforce as mindless drones but at the same time there are people who love their jobs. Also if people who work as doctors, pharmacists and nurses decided to pack work in many people would suffer as a result. What I'm saying is work is necessary and it can be rewarding.
However I enjoyed this short, very eye opening.
Agreed, there's nothing wrong with having a freaking job.
If that's all you got out of this short (that it's an attack on jobs), you may not be looking carefully enough.

Somebody needs to do a short film about automated workforce taking people's job and the robot owners controlling everything while the rest are starving. We are not prepared for it. We need to start thinking on it.

I guess the meaning is when you only do work you can't be youself, when you do something your boss don't like or when you break the rule you get fired and can be youself, so. When you see some1 you love you stop with your work and start a love life and being who you are
