Documenting a road-trip from Durban to Jeffreys Bay, this film is about style, craft and effortless form. Don't get me wrong, i appreciate high performance ariel surfing, but it is very refreshing to see a young man putting emphasis on pure style. This guy has it.
I feel I get a bit sick and tired of seeing airs and all that but when someone has style, it just makes you feel good inside when you watch them surf

Awesome awesome awesome concert lights to see Mikey February riding different boards and also to see high-level professional Surfer riding something other than a Thruster which goes to show that Surfers like riding different surfboards it's okay to have different boards and try new things. I love Mr. Februarys' style. He's gonna run into the same problems as Machado did getting scores on the tour. That being said, Machado proved that getting a world title on style alone is almost impossible in the the age of airs (example-Bourez), one can make a decent living and have a life after the tour without selling ones soul. @@LPowerish It's not "selling your soul" to make "critical" turns or surf "contest style". All of it is valid. I love this guy's style too....probably the most beautiful surfing I've ever seen. But a perfectly landed air can be every bit as beautiful in it's own way too. Don't be so closed minded.

I agree its extremely skilful to land an air correctly. Pros keeping their feet incontact with the board in flight is differcult for me to grasp even.
Saying that I get more entertainment watching the surfing in this beer commercial than a contest punt no matter the differculty.
