I would absolutely love to try and make things from this channel. But I don’t understand grams 🥺 Think you could recommend a conversion site for me? I’ve looked and have gotten nowhere 😞 All I know are cups, tablespoons and teaspoons.
Evey- chan you can convert it using google! just try searching up so-and-so grams to so-and-so tablespoons (or whatever) and it should show you the measurement ^^
@@evey-chan1054 you can buy a scale in Amazon, I have one that lets me convert grams to lbs and such (I'm European so it's useful for recipes that do not use grams), I think it's the easiest way for me haha

I made this the other day and they are really nice! Slightly fudgy and moist, and the contrast with the cream cheese is delicious. The cream cheese was a tad bit too sour, so maybe reduce the lemon juice a little. I ended up making 5 in a muffin tin, and cooked for 20 min or so to get light cracks on the surface. The surface was nice and crispy right out of the oven, but when cooled they sank a little in the centre. But overall, very yummy 😋
저는 완전 잘 되었습니다. 저는 계란 한 알 50g짜리 작은걸 쓰기 때문에 75g으로 맞춰서 믹싱했고, LG광파오븐 기준 180도 17분 구웠습니다. 물처럼 된다는 말들이 많아서 중력분 넣고 충분히 섞어서 글루텐 잘 뽑아서 만들었습니다. 다크커버춰초콜릿은 70%짜리 말고 56%짜리 썻는데 많이 쓰지 않고 좋네요.
Easy recipe, and very tasty, thank you! I adjusted the amount of sugar (50g instead of 70g), mainly because 1) I always reduce the amount of sugar in any recipe, and 2) the standard dark chocolate in the supermarket is 50% cocoa, so probably a bit sweeter. If this helps someone... :)
This brownie looks sooo delicious! But for me everything has to be instant. That’s why i always look for microwave recipes. I made a 1 minute brownie this time and it turned out great. I really hope someday I can bake like you ♥️
For a softer ,more moist filling pipe the cream cheese mixture and freeze for about 15 minutes and place into the cupcake glasee that has been partially filled. Then cover with the remaining chocolate batter....

해먹었는데 너무 맛있었어요 :) 머핀보다는 머핀쉐잎의 브라우니라 꾸덕 진하고 안에 크림은 상큼해서 잘 어울렸어요 저는 2배 늘려서 12개 만들었는데 안에 필링은 아껴서 그런가 많이 남았고 브라우니 반죽은 마지막에 모잘라서 다 덮지 못했네요
