    I had just finished my leg and pull ups and decided to follow along because I felt my body was tight. I must admit it was challenging to keep up with the balance because my shoulders were tight and fatigued but I must confess it was refreshing when I finished it finally... thanks obi..my first mobility work out with you

    Great 20 min routine. I also liked the 2nd one. Stilll gotta try the first one!! This is helping me get back in the habit of a holistic fitness routine, rather than just lifting or even worse.. skipping workouts!
