- Video I made for some friends I play MP with, probably a few things I could have done better making this, especially the volume of my microphone vs the rest of the audio but I still think it turned out alright I guess.

If you want the continue with the captions I suggest using letters with outlines so it's easier to read. Good job on the video though.

Never thought I would enjoy a 30 minutes gameplay of multiplayer Victoria II, but the video was really fun. The subtitles with the flags were amazing btw, it really helped me to understand who was each country. I'll be waiting for more videos
Just starting, really glad you took Bo's inspiration and put who's talking on the screen.
Makes it a lot easier to follow when I don't know any players.
EDIT: Someone mentioned this already but give either a background or white letters with black outlines so they're easier to read
EDIT2: Last idea (IDK the practicality) put nations on either side when at war.
For ex. if UK/France is at war with Prussia/Austria, put UK and France on the right side of the screen, and Germany and Austria on the left side.
Alternatively put a little graphic showing who's at war with who.

30:30 saucepan isn’t really 2 words in English I was 12/14 when I realised. Oh that’s why it’s called that. You have 2 pans you put on the hob - the top of the oven with hot rings - in the Anglo sphere. We have a saucepan, which is the one with tall sides, where you might boil spaghetti, and a frying pan, which has short sides for frying bacon for example.

The mod we used was Historical Project Mod, and we used a VPN to play online but you can also play online without one if you port forward your router
