Chef, I tried the receipy during quarantine. It was just wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwww. Actually sir, ghee was not available, so tried this with oil & I added 2more ingredients in the Potato mash :- chopped onion & Lemon juice. These two ingredients enhance the taste more. Sir, if U want pls do try it.❤️
Instead of adding jeera and dhania directly into mashed potato, you can lightly roast it and paste it . It will increase the taste and will smell awesome...❤
