I have watched countless perfect paratha recipe videos but this by far is the best technique I have tried ... I could taste the potato filling in every inch of the paratha.. the stuffing method and rolling side to side really worked... and also the tougher dough concept .. man all those 10k people who disliked this video are simply haters.

As many have mentioned in comments.. finally my aloo Paratha was perfect after a lot of tries to in the past...also your masala and spices are perfect i didn't have coriander instead i added dry kasuri methi and a little bit of jaggery powder as I like a little sweetish taste. 😍🌿
