An interesting fact about the song is that he wrote it in 1988 during the tour for his Bad album. He saw changes he didn't like in countries he had visited before. Michael Jackson was one and only in what he was doing. Strong messages, strong emotions. I didn't even know english at that time, but the picture and the music, could explain everything to me. I really loved that song and it remains one of my absolute favorites.
As a life long tree-hugging dirt worshiper, you're singing my song. There were few people at first, with so many unfamiliar animals, birds, fish, trees. The air and water and soil was clean. We could not imagine that there was an END to it. Now that people are MANY, there are fewer and fewer aminals, birds, fish, and trees. Those we have suffer diseases never before seen. We pour our waste into the air, into the water, into the earth. Soon, there will be nothing but us and WASTE. We must stop, and change things, to see the spring come again. Much love to my friends!
I was a kid when this song came out and I could never watch/listen it without getting tearful and decades later it still make and deeply sad and tearful right away.
Just shows how powerful Michael was where you don’t even need the language to understand the destruction being done! He was truly a gift from GOD and we miss him dearly!

I always have to hear this song every week. Michael jacksons humanitarian songs always had a bigger impact on me than his other songs. Seeing people from over the world watching this video and recognisesing him just shows his everlasting fame. Something that no other star had.
This was so beautiful, seeing that they didn't need any translations, hearing their wise words, and Uncle Abdul showering us with his wisdom as always. As someone from a city in America, I'm often conflicted with technology. Because of how far we've come as humans we've lost what it means to truly be human, but because of our advancements I'm able to connect with my family on the other side of the globe and listen to a song by Michael Jackson with them. So, where I see inherent value in technology, I also see its downsides as well.
Technology is not evil or good. It's a tool, like any other - it all depends on how we use it. To give you an example: Writing is also a tool. I'm sure there were people who were against it at the time, too. I can just imagine it now, people complaining that writing everything down will affect our long-term memories &/ or the ability to remember stories long enough to pass them down to the next generation (i.e. the 'orator/ storyteller' role in a community). Even now, I'm sure there are people who never write anything down by hand anymore. Sure, they're saving paper (& trees). But they're still using electricity to power their audio recorder &/ or screen instead. There is no one, easy answer.
Since they all love and understand Michael Jackson so well, I have a request. Please show them the video Beat It and explain how Michael went into dangerous gang territory and got 2 rivals gangs to stop killing each other. He taught them to dance and they are part of his video.

Like no other song from Michael this one hits me in the feels so hard! Brings me to tears and puts such a lump in my throat that I can't even swallow whenever I see this video. This is Michael's most important work in my opinion. I consider this; "Man in the mirror" part 2! I thoroughly enjoyed the reactions from these folks that watched this video with me - thank you for this!
I’ve always loved this song and used to cry about the world, I just watched this video and was moved to tears by their reactions. So pure and loving towards the environment and natural world, their villages are being effected so we can have paper goods and more product. It is 2022, we are in a digital world, you would think we could stop cutting down trees and killing forests by now. If there is a demand there is a reason. There is no reversing the damage that has been done but we can live as sustainably as possible, and do our part. Loved this thank you

This is Michael'z most underrated track for sure. I was not that interested in him anymore at that time but this song made me rush to a store to get as a cd single.
Thank you beautiful people. Thank you for your concerns and observations. Peace and love for the planet Earth. May we all live in peace and harmony. God bless Michael for this song.
I love this. Great idea for people of different nation, culture and language to watch this and still understand the same important and powerful message. Beautiful to watch. I can imagine Michael being so happy to see the message in his song translate to others so clearly.
I feel a lot of respect for these people, especially for Mr. Rind. He comes across as a very wise man who could teach us all some important lessons. I wish them all the best!
The fact that this song was made in 1995 and the relevance of the message is still very strong especially nowadays (currently cop27) . It's one of my favourite songs by Michael; it's telling us that Earth is alive not a lifeless 'thing' we can manipulate, Earth is showing us something, Earth is sending us messages and we are not listening to her. Because we ignore her, we harm ourselves. The natural disasters that occur are due to our negative actions. She's reciprocating the damage that we have done to her. Earth is such a an integral part of lives, we are a part of her, we need her. It's even more upsetting that the people who are most affected by natural disasters are the people who are doing the least/no damage. One love, peace☮🌍
MJ music was always about making things right, exposing the corruption, how else are destroying the earth, wanting equality for everyone and to just live in o3ac3 and harmony without going to war or doing anything to kill the animals and destroying the water . His music and the vidoes and lyrics were always meant to be very diverse amd just bring people together. He went through a lot at a young age because of his dad and his upbringing but still made sure to bring awareness for every topic
Parvati is a such a pearl of wisdom and light. She doesn't know much facts and information, however she knows the truth in her heart. That's the beauty of a woman. She said: - they destroy it first and then celebrate the day of it 😂😂😂 Exactly, that's what people do today. There are days for everything, to cover up all the drama we made. So on that day we can all use media just to talk about how we love earth and next day continue being a parasite on this planet.
Most of Michael's best and most thought provoking and genuinu heartfelt music was produced in the last two or so years of his career, but they were overshadowed by controversy and the fact that honestly, sometimes they were uncomfortable/hard to watch. He sung about racism, global warming, war, etc. He put his heart into those songs, trying to drive audiences to think and be responsible for their actions. I think a lot of his fans had, up till thst point, just followed him for pure entertainment and feel good songs that made him popular. I honestly hope those songs from his last days find a resurgence because they were beautifully filmed and written. Thanks for sharing them. ❤
Need more of these videos...it is so powerful to see folks who do not understand the language/lyrics but can ascertain the MEANING from the visuals and tone to which it is sung. And to be vulnerable going into filming a video knowing they may not "get it" but willing to be filmed as they process their emotions. It's also a true testament to why MJ will forever be the King of Pop - his music transcends race, creed, origin, and was truly music for the world and this video is just more proof to how MJ is still able to this day make an impact. Bless you all for this video.

Amazing how the oldest(I don't remember the name) is also the smartest! Reminds me of my great grandfather! He used to tell me when I was a little kid: don't think that you are smarter than your oldest just because you know the new world! Keep in mind that we saw a lot of "new worlds" come up and then crumble in the dirt!
It's so nice to see these wonderful people respecting Michael Jackson and his important message in caring for mother earth, stopping wars, pollution, looking after animals and humanity. God bless
I think this song and its video is one of the most powerful pieces of art there is, the fact that people don't even need to speak his language can understand what his is trying to say, not even from just the video they could just hear it in his voice; his grief for the state of the world. Nothing has ever compared since. Look at music videos now, half naked people, talking about violence to glorify it etc. it's sad how things have changed. It's all just superficial, we will never have another artist like Michael Jackson in our life time
I live in North America. In Canada close to USA. The older good looking gentleman with the white beard, who is my age, has it right. Rich people are very selfish and feel entitled. People here, especially in USA think foreigners are bad. I disagree. We are all the same all over the world. Your videos remind me we are all alike and every one is just trying to get by. To live. To feed their children. To find some peace and happiness but the greed of the rich overcomes all of that. I am more like your friends in this video than the rich people in my country. I struggle as they do and watch the rich ruin everything. I feel close to them and I thank you for the insight you offer the world. If I was rich I would fly you all here. Bless you all.

Look at the video where Adnan teaches about the solar system & you'll see just how many underlying assumptions we all take for granted that make it *easier* for us to absorb that information, compared to someone like her who is at least *open* to hearing different opinions because she shares them.
Michael Jackson was one and only in what he was doing. Strong messages, strong emotions. I still remember, I was just a kind when I first listened to this song and I couldn't put in words the chills it gave me. Such a powerful vibe, full of soul. I didn't even know english at that time, but the picture and the music, could explain everything to me. I really loved that song and it remains one of my absolute favorites.
Earth Song always makes me cry.
R.I.P. Michael 🕊 ❤️
I’ve never seen the video for this song before, and it’s making me weep.
This channel is priceless. I’m so glad to have found you dear people.
I was a kid when this song came out and I could never watch/listen it without getting tearful and decades later it still make and deeply sad and tearful right away.
Just shows how powerful Michael was where you don’t even need the language to understand the destruction being done! He was truly a gift from GOD and we miss him dearly!
He was a pervert and explored little boys.
You have a case of cognitive disassociation.
Or you didn't look into the case or hear out the victims.
The guy was a pdf file.
I always have to hear this song every week.
Michael jacksons humanitarian songs always had a bigger impact on me than his other songs.
Seeing people from over the world watching this video and recognisesing him just shows his everlasting fame. Something that no other star had.
Definitely there's a strong connection between these people and the song's message. Save The Earth.
To give you an example:
Writing is also a tool.
He was so affected, this is one of the most beautiful reactions ❤ thank you for sharing your thoughts with us!
Since they all love and understand Michael Jackson so well, I have a request. Please show them the video Beat It and explain how Michael went into dangerous gang territory and got 2 rivals gangs to stop killing each other. He taught them to dance and they are part of his video.
Yes! Bloods and Crips!
Lmaoo
Stahhppppp lmao
Yes and show them the victims of his abuse and their story.
That guy was a pdf file.
@@alexashworth3119he did not abuse anybody, you're horrible!
I think this channel is amazing. The 3 gentlemen and the gentle stunning lady are so wise and they see it all happening on their doorstep. I also love that Muharam gets right into the music. It is beautiful to see. Thank you x
These people are so beautiful and soothing, I don’t understand why we still have racism it brakes my heart, that so much injustice is in this world. Just look at these people, so kind, pure and wise
These people are really great. I like them too. We can all live together in peace. We don't have to hate each other and fight each other
Wise? Sin causes wars or climate change? The woman thought that solar panels drag the sun down to Earth!!!
Muharam Khan Bughio , We are a part of the tribe of humanity. You sir place a smile upon my face. Would sincerely enjoy a reverse where I listen to the music you offer me. Your energy brings me such joy. Cheers from California.
I love the reaction and the understanding of the song 💜 Really a great song by Mj!! And the message is still valid today.
Even more so I feel. We’re running out of time to sort these problems out or we will leave nothing for our children and their children
Watched the music video for the first time with my fiancé a couple months ago as well, and it ended with him in tears. Yep, definitely gonna marry this one ☺️
I feel the power of God in this song, always have! 🙌🏾 Michael was larger than life!
This song had a huge impact on me when I listened to it for the first time when I was 9.
This song still hits hard....
Loved this thank you
I don't know her name, but the lady with the pretty headscarf is SO BEAUTIFUL! I love her clothes and head scarves/jewelry.....just gorgeous!
Somehow the conversation they had in the beginning about the cloth reminded me of the book "The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy" and why travelers used to always carry a towel.
This channel is amazing as always and it never fails to deliver very insightful point of view.
Thank you to all the people who work and contribute on Trybals!
I love when You show all 4 at the same time!! Thank You for that adjustment!! Please do more Michael Jackson Reactions! Greetings from Germany! 🤍
Oh my god... These reaction are the most authentic. I love tge concept. I hope to see more. Love from Abu Dhabi UAE
First time ever hearing this song, wow it's so powerful. Michael Jackson was definitely ahead of the curve, in vision and talent.
the best earth song performance from MJ was live in "Wetten dass" in germany TV show
cool I'll look it up
That was his first performance of Earth Song, a premiere.
Love this song. It's a head of it's time. So was Michael Jackson. It makes me so emotional 😭.
She said: - they destroy it first and then celebrate the day of it
😂😂😂 Exactly, that's what people do today. There are days for everything, to cover up all the drama we made. So on that day we can all use media just to talk about how we love earth and next day continue being a parasite on this planet.
It’s amazing how they understand the message behind the video.
So pleased that a woman was included in this!
Such a beautiful song. The reactors are all amazing people. Much love to them.
Michael Jackson era um poeta, um profeta, um anjo, um verdadeiro rei. Ue música linda e penetrante! Aí meu coração! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Powerful. Our spirits are connected through our disgust, we have ability to harm and to create. One is more powerful than the other. Thank you to our friends Ustads Adnan, Mansingh, Muharam, Abdul, Mohammad, and Parvati our international super model. May God continue to bless you all.
I can't believe I've never seen this song, I feel such deep pain watching this. I can't stop crying 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️😔💔🙏🕊.
... making life more convenient and harder at the same time. How insightful!
I used to search out 'white noise' or fireplace videos, but listening to the calm, understated wisdom of these people is *far* more soothing.
their interpretation is aligned with MJ's visionary skills and mastery of music and video
It's all just superficial, we will never have another artist like Michael Jackson in our life time
His screams at last part pierce my soul and brings tears every fucking time and I have listened to this for over decade!
I recently discovered this channel and it enlightens my day with every video. This was an awesome idea. Kudos!
awesome human being... what a message!
Michael was the best of all time - hit after hit after hit, superb performer. The best. Rip
Absolutely loved this beautiful reaction.
Bless you all.
this was beautiful,
seeing the truth in there eyes,
even though they didn't understand the language, they understood the shared human experience and danger of pollution and deforestation, this was genuis!!
"They do damage first and then celebrate its day?" Parvati is a QUEEN
He is unreal ,legend
I could watch Parvati react to stuff all day a diamond in the rough for sure.
Thank you for the positive feels, we all need some
Love from a Moonwalker in India 🇮🇳❤️
I think you need to say the words, although this doesn’t need much explanation! Makes me cry the first time I heard the song! And still does to this day.
Such a great song
More relevant i would say. Much more.
I love the thumbnail of Parvati, she looks like Nefertiri.
It's amazing. To see how these people think. So much peace, love and good thoughts. They understand what really matters and what this earth needs to become a better one. I also loved the conversations at the beginning of the video! Interesting to hear how people used to know how to help themselves with less packaging and waste. These people help to make this world a better place. ❤
May rebirth of nature and love towards each other unite us all in peace.
Abdul is such a wise old soul 🤍✨
Since filming, the guy top left has learnt to moonwalk and has his own thriller jacket. He was feeling that
Michael Jackson era un ARTISTA con todas las letras, donde se encuentre que su alma descanse y ojala algún día tengamos esa tierra prometida😪
Every time I see this video..I cry. So much unnecessary killing & destruction. Because Humans are Greedy.
Edit: I know this comes very late…but the “Reversal” at the End, was do to Humans Finally Understanding & when EVERYONE Put their hands in the dirt and started singing the “Ahh” part…it was Magic.
My warm greetings from Kanada to all who wathed this video and was in the video, we are all humans we need to stop fighting with each other and start taking care about us, and our home planet Earth
My brother loved MJ so much, and we watched and sang all of his songs. This was one song little me couldn't stand; it was just too sad. And I've been a huge nature and animal lover since I was little, so this music video always broke my heart. Sad how, even all these years later, humanity never changed the error of its ways....
I love the reactions of all of these lovely people. Greetings to you all.
Very good. You all did a GREAT job!!! I really enjoyed this post.
This warms my heart. I miss michael now.
world have a big time loss for not treating him right while he was alive but at least he’s in peace now.
Thanks for you guys’ hard work making this video. I wish this channel have a marvelous growth in the future ❤
