  • BLACKPOOL NIL has a FAMILIAR RING TO IT? « BLACKPOOL v WYCOMBE match thoughts
Blackpool 0-0 Wycombe this was our last chance saloon! any hope of finishing in the top six at the end of the season, no matter how slim, rested on this game.
The MIGHTY Wycombe Wanderers rolled into town sitting mid table, safe on 50 points, nothing to play for but pride and Blackpool had to come out all guns blazing...this was it if there was ever going to be a game that could turn it all around this had to be THE ONE!
This was a game where players needed to leave their blood, their sweat and their tears on the pitch each and every one of them prepared to literally die for the chance to start a run which could lift the cloud and give themselves a chance to make a push for a place in the playoff slots with a chance to play in a Wembley final this season!
But, honestly what the flying fork was that yesterday?
I have to talk about what I watched with someone so come and join me LIVE from 8m tonight and let me know your thoughts on the season? Critchley? our recruitment policy? or whatever you would like to blow off steam about?
See you at 8pm I am expecting FIREWORKS

I've seen that 30 year play off anniversary video a few times Lee and it's thoroughly enjoyable. I'd probably say it's the best non matchday video you've ever done.

Hi Lee been following quite a while now but , I've not left any comments for a while having been busy myself. Anyway the good news is wee " Leek Town " won the Northern Premier League with for games left to play . Love your passion send my best wishes to Jane

Joseph and bees was the right idea but he seemed to use Joseph deeper instead of lavery. Lavery is one of those players that needs a battle in the middle of the park intercepting, getting second balls and breaking from deep. CJ looked alright going forward but his inability to challenge or react when he loses the ball is frustrating af. We need a QUALITY striker for the start of next season like Rhodes but younger and less injury prone. But lavery… if we can teach him to be more of a play maker CAM would be a hell of a player.

hi Lee interesting stuff sadly the table dont lie to quote a cliché dont believe cricth is the man to take us forward if the truth was known wasn't convinced by his reappointment, however reflecting on the season we have shown glimpses we can do it but it has been glimpses again this comes back to the coach, Simon has shown faith in the guy however if he continues it will be split the fan base its happening now has Simon got enough to invest in the team well think he is likely stretched has you made a great point likely needs a backer like Mr B was back in the Day, not surprised by our position in the league will improve next season not sure must admit if we continue has we are dont see things happening, Hope I'm wrong. great update Lee.

It's not working out in general too much tinkering and he has definitely lost the vast majority of the fan base. We aren't enjoying it anymore void of creativity and entertainment.
