Actually, the best crab cakes I have ever eaten was from a food truck named Maryland Crab Co. I cannot find them now. And I wished I could. Those crab cakes were absolutely delicious!!

I've made mine in the past with green onion, and OG Old Bay seasoning for some of the layers of flavors in my Maryland style crab cakes. Your steps are unique and certainly help preserve the integrity of the delicate crab meat, thanks for that.

I love crab cakes. I wish there was a close up angle when you cut into it. Every time I order them, I have to ask are they flaky or mushy inside. I prefer flaky. Looks really easy to make. Thanks for the recipe
Eh…these maybe mushy-- he used a crazy amount of bread crumbs and mayo and peppers??? You may want to skip or adjust the recipe.
