How will this effect towing ?
That's a bit of a loaded question, but ultimately there is some effect to tow capacity, not as much by the lift, more based larger size/mass and load rating of the tires you go with. Ride height and center of gravity will obviously be taller, but our kit retains the factory leaf spring to maintain load capacity. 5th-wheel trailers may or may not be an option at the taller height, TAGs will require a drop hitch. We tow regularly with this HD on 38s without any issues

Can you make a coilover conversion for the 2000-06 Chevy Tahoe? I have some worn out torsion bars and I can't get replacements from GM since they're discontinued.
no plans at this point to go back the 00-06 GM1500 platform with the coilover conversions
