What do you mean. In Darkrai, Dialga and Palkia fight and almost destroy the world, Shiayman, Dialga is the one to piss off Giritina, and in Arceus, Dialga is the one who pulls Giritina and Palkia into a fight and is the one who sends them back in time (sorry for the spelling).
