Too bad GM didn't put some nice access holes in the pulley...where we could get to those three mounting bolts...then we could bypass the pulley pulling and re-seating. Thanks for posting enjoyed it.
Belt first then shroud...lol... I would recommend lifting the tires off the ground before starting. Takes all the force off the pump and better for bleeding it...Great video ...
What difference does it make if you take the shroud or belt off first. If you remove the shroud first, technically it makes it easier to get to the belt
strange your bracket that holds the pump and alternator, is not also bolted to the 2 manifold studs, as my 1992, 350 5.7 4x4 is, its a pain as the double nutted studs even with heat brake off

What size are the bolts that go on the power steering pump? I had one snap off.

What's the tool part numbers i have 1991 350 k1500 power steering pump kick out fluid with out the motor running and with the motor running.

He cut that part of the bracket off because of the headers
I have a squealing sound coming from power steering bump could it be pulley or the actual pump?
Spray you pulley with wd 40 or some kind of lubricant and see if it stops for a minute if so I would say replace the pulley
