- Hey Guys. Welcome back to the channel. For those who know now, we are producing a Twin Charging system for the platform. And one of the things needed is fueling. Here is a solution for that. GPS has created hands down the best MPI I have seen to date. We go through and unpack the goodies, talk about why I like MPI over Injectors, and do a full Step by Step install as usual. If you have any questions please feel free to ask away and give us a like and follow for more content.

the more i watch ur vids the more i want to make the trip to nj and just drop my car off and say make it better keep up the great work for the platform
Thanks buddy!!
This is all so badass.. between twin-charging you’re working on, the new TVS1900 from MercRacing & 034 working on fuel as well.. This platform is really getting a whole different kind of attention. All that and I wasn’t even aware of this MPI kit!
I just picked up a 12’ Avant that I’ll be doing a full S4 swap / B8.5. I’m real excited to see all this progression and I’ll certainly be building the block and aiming for high HP.
Can’t wait to see numbers start to roll out!
Fantastic man. Check out my engine build video. Have some more vids coming out soon
@@uwrenchitauto718 Oh I’ve seen them a few times through now. Taking notes and looking forward to more!
Picked up an Air Lift Performance 3H that’s going in here soon. She’ll be a slow build. But will get there eventually.
Mercracing has a TVS1900 kit?!?! I’ve never needed something so bad in my entire life
Ow I'm so glad I came across your channel. I'm getting ready to do this to my B8.5 S5 . A great play by play if you ask me. Subscribed!!
Thank you!
Great job explaining and installing this Matt 👍🏽 I'm hoping to be able to do some of these newer upgrades coming out to get more power & performance out of my A6. Thanks for helping the community and with your content 👍🏽
Thanks man. Appreciate the words man. That’s why I do it. For the community. Things said like this make me wanna keep going. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@uwrenchitauto718 Same here 👍🏽
Amazing at explaining!!
Thank you boss
I wish I lived near your shop I think you helping people fix their car is valuable and nobody is taking advantage especially on cars like these where maintenance can get expensive for no reason doing a pcv and thermo and hpfp. Water pump and coolant crossover pipe and pulley and it’s hardddd dude I wish I could do them with you however I made progress just broke the breather hoses for the pcv 😂
Appreciate u. Good luck
Will be upgrading to the merc racing supercharger coming out with your build and will be doing your own custom tune or go with Jackal tune, 034, IE,APR
U Tryn to go big
Should I get a early 3.0t with mpi or a crec car that comes with mpi
Crec is a simos nightmare. I’ll tell you if it were that easy people would have been making this switch for a while now.
How did you feed the new fuel line ???
Ran 8an from the pump to the t line that feeds the rest of the system.
Can you go over your planning services?
Huh?
I would like to do this just to eliminate the carbon build problem But I wonder 1 how is the performance and the MPGs after the change??? Oh and seems like you have to somehow add another fuel pump??
U will def have lower gas milage. And yes a lpfp upgrade is required.
i need me one of those mpi kits
It’s great.
without the runner flaps idle at cold starts will be off slightly
This is true. Slightly. There designed for emissions and you will loose a slight bit of low end torque. But unnoticeable to most
@@uwrenchitauto718 great video.
Doesnt the rs4 / rs5 also have additional mpi from stock?
I’m not sure I know the crec do however. But with that crec simos, i here it’s super difficult for tuning
@@uwrenchitauto718 Sorry i meant s4/ s5. I also got a Siemens ecu in my 3.2.
@@martmccars166 no they only have di
Can the MPI used to inject meth? I don’t have easy access to e85 where I live
U don’t have to run e85. You can run 93 and will still do it’s job. And you can run meth but that is a little extrema to put mpi in and run meth. I want e85 but that’s my needs
@@uwrenchitauto718 is there still a benefit to MPI if only running 93 or there’s no point
@@omarelkhazendar7744 no absolutely a benefit. There’s obviously variables but ultimately if your adding power these cars get pretty limited with fueling. Typically on a e40 file. But depending on pulley ratio this can effect 93 tunes as well.
We dont need more injectors, we need better high and low pressure fuel pumps. And data has shown little benefit past e40. Even the b9s are bedt at e70
My car runs at 95 duty on injectors. We most certainly need a higher flow injector or MPI Danny. Depending on the solution one takes will determine if just the lpfp will be replaced or both pumps.
As far as benefit past e40. E85 for tuning for advancing timing and limiting knock, there is no contest for this fueling. Now I will agree most will not need a higher blend of ethanol, if u follow my build you should immediately understand my demand for it.
As far as the b9’s, the increased boost with the say 810’s this platform is in dire need of fueling. I higher blend of ethanol will certainly help with this platform. However they need bigger injectors as they can’t run an MPI without replacing intake manifold with a cad design for a port injectors.
