I don’t mind one bit, cooking with lemons has always brightened up my mood. Lord knows we could ALL use a lil bright and happy lemony aromatherapy right about now!
Grab some lemons and bake this soft & fluffy lemon loaf cake over the weekend! It’s super simple and has such a nice burst of fresh lemon flavor!

I baked this lemon cake recipe three days ago and it was a huge hit with my family. My dad called me today asking was there any left, and I felt bad to tell him no. No worries though...I'm going to bake another one soon :)

No lemons on hand, but I had a whole mess of Key Limes and where do you think they went?!! The limes worked with this recipe too.

Just did this for my parents. They fell madly in love. So soft and good. Only in my country sour cream is so expensive so i opted for full fat plain yogurt. Believe me its awesome. Thanks for your delicious recipes. 🥰
