Great conversation. I agree with most if not all of what Dan says. I'm a socialist and don't prescribe to Democrat politics, but these are a lot of ideas that a socialist society would support. Totally different discussion, but my perspective of Democrats are that they are a long dead party, but some of their ideas are still useful for an independent workers party. A key concept is creating a rationally planned society that does overlap with the outlook of urban planners.
What is your point? Cope much? Trump got 2.25M more votes than Harris! He got 49.7% of turnout, Harris 48.3%, Others 2.0%. Who really won the election? Trump got 31.6% of the Eligible Vote, Harris 30.7%, Others 1.3%. And the real winner was DON'T GIVE A FCK (or FCK THEM ALL) with 36.5% of the Eligible Voters who didn't bother to vote at all: 89.25M voters didn't vote.
Here from City Nerd
City Nerd shouted you out. This is so good, thanks!

oh and it's red and blue congressional districts, not states or counties
As of the time I am posting this, Trump seems to have received a minority of votes; most people voted against him.
