I just know his dad is smile down on him right now so freaking proud. My inner child cried. We all grew up watching his dad and it was devastating when he passed, I can’t imaging the pain they feel. But I’m so proud of them and can’t believe how much they’ve grown etc. truly amazing
Made me cry, watching Robert learning to feed and work with the crocs when it should’ve been his dad there teaching him. Happy Birthday Robert! I hope you know how much the world sees your dad’s legacy continuing, every time we look at you. RIL Steve. We continue to miss you. 💜
My eyes welled up seeing Steve, what an amazing man he was. Terri has done such an amazing job raising Robert and Bindi into the amazing people they are
I used to live very close to Australia Zoo way back when before Robert was even born and I remember meeting Steve at the zoo as a 6 yr old who was too shy to talk to him directly. But I remember watching the interaction he had with my dad who wasn't too shy to call out to him and shake his hand. The way they had such a casual chat and how genuine and thankful Steve was is unforgettable. Seeing Robert now, all grown up, is insane. The absolute spitting image of his father: looks, mannerisms and soul. Just raw kindness. Happy B'day Rob!
What a very beautiful family! Terri has raised her and Steve’s children to be absolutely lovely human beings. I believe Steve is smiling down with such love and pride. Happy belated birthday Robert! I hope you enjoyed a magical day among friends, family and your beloved animals! Keep up the wonderful work. All the very best........
Very very heartwarming. What a great young man and a wonderful family. Bless them all! Truly a voice for the good just like his dad.
I cry every time I see footage of Steve. I am so happy that the family has kept his spirit and mission alive. I will ALWAYS be a fan of the Irwin family and their conservation efforts. 💕
His dad would be so proud of him!!!! He carries himself with such pride, maturity, and care! And I have to say when he goes to shake hands I see his dad! I know it sounds weird but it’s the stands/how he does it! 😍 truly a blessing to have this family!
No ones talking about how beautiful Terri Irwin is! And the fact that she’s the reason Steve’s legacy goes on through her children. Good for you Terri! What a beautiful job you have done! And the fact that you know she still misses Steve to this very day, she still has not loved on. Heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time.
I love this family. Steve was such a joy to watch on TV. He would be so proud. Happy 18th birthday Robert. I hope to make it to Australia someday. My eyes started watering seeing Steve with the loves of his life.
Watching anything of the Irwin's just wrecks me. Steve was a legend and his family staying true to his legacy and doing all the wonderful things they've done... are just as legendary. Such a wonderful family!
Hello how are you doing?
I applaud Teri for raising these amazing young adults. They both have turned into such wonderful human beings. Hugs to you all.
I'm 64 years old and been a huge fan of you ALL from day 1 ... When the World lost Steve we felt we'd lost a family member of our own! So AMAZED by the strength of Terri and her determination to carry on ... I know Steve would be IMMENSELY PROUD of his children and the continuing effort to save and safeguard our planet's wildlife! CARRY ON the FIGHT!!!!!!
Lump in the throat seeing Steve on the montage, can just imagine the joy he'd get out of doing what he loved next to bindi and Robert as the amazing adults they've become, so sad and as a massive fan of Steve, I like all his fans, miss him massively, so can only imagine how hard it is for his loved ones. RIP Steve. Truly one of the greatest humans ever to walk the earth.
Some people you just never forget and Steve is one of those amazing people. My sons loved to watch him on Tv. 💙 Miss his energy. He knew how to get kids and adults interested in all animals, even the scary ones. 🪱🪲🕷🦂🦉🐒🦎🐢🦜🦨🐊. He would be so proud of his family Carrying on his love for all animals. 💜

Love the fact that Steve's children are continuing his job, even when he passed away they haven't stopped and I don't think they ever will ❤️
Robert has come such a long way and has done such amazing work and has grown into a great human being!
This hit Aussie hearts very hard. We all lost a legend and that will never fully heal. Forever in our hearts Steve Irwin
1962--2006
Your father was an absolute legend. Great to see you continuing his passion,he would be so proud. Best wishes from U.K.
To this day I still can't believe we lost Steve... The Irwins are so strong and pops is watching proudly at their accomplishments
For all the kids who grew up watching his Dad share with us a part of the world many of us were strangers too, so happy to see his son filling his dads shoes and then some. Kid is truly a genuine and humble wildlife lover just like his dad.
Robert looks like his dad so much it’s incredible. The world may have lost one of the best animal experts but we got two amazing people who picked it up in his leave. Amazing young ones doing what they do best; loving animals. Robert and Bindi are keeping Steve’s passions alive and I’m so happy for that.
Robert is so much like his dad. The way he talks, carries himself and obviously the looks. I'm glad Steve passed the torch to someone who's just as passionate about crocodiles as he was.
wow, so great, I got a little bit teary, he seems like such a nice young man, a credit to his parents, good on ya Robert!
Bless. It still brings tears to my eyes without Steve. What an amazing man and he will most definitely be looking down and watching his kids growing up to be just like him.
I remember where I was when I heard about the death of Steve Irwin, I screamed out my husband was on the phone telling me what happened. I had been watching Steve and Terry for years and the world doesn't know that a husband, father, son, and conservationist had passed away doing the thing he loved, working with animals. I have watched his kids grow and his son reminds me so much of him. I think Steve would be so proud of his children for continuing the work he started.
RIP Steve Irwin (1962-2006} you are truly missed.
Steve is a Gem of the world 🌍 and His son is the spitten image of such a great impactful man and mom . What a beautiful family. Can’t believe time went by, I’m in tears . Happy Birthday
Spitting image, not spitten.
What a privilege to have worked with your dad. The skills & respect he (and mom) has taught you is un-measurable.
Your passion and love for your fellows and nature continues to shine.
Dude, happy birthday!
And congrats on the certification.
Damn he just turned 18? He’s already done so much carrying on his fathers legacy. He’s going to do so much more.
Happy Birthday Robert. How beautiful it is to see old clips of Steve. What an inspiring man he was.The 1st time I seen Steve on Tv I feel to my knees in awe.Your Dad would be over the moon knowing how much a beautiful person you’ve turned out to be.

Hello how are you doing?
It’s amazing how the world is still mourning Steve. He was a huge part of my childhood and a great tv dad I could depend on making my day better. He is truly missed. Happy Birthday Robert! It’s great seeing you taking the same great path.
Robert is Steve the respect and grace he has for the animals is so his father. I know Steve is so proud of you Robert and he is everywhere someone is helping a animal. He's in you and Bindi and baby Grace. Happy birthday
When Steve came on the screen, I instantly felt a wave of sadness. He would’ve loved to see rob now, himself and terri have done an amazing job of raising him
Well that made me tear up. =[ Happy Birthday, Robert!
Every time one of these videos pops up and Steve is shown I always tear up. The world lost a beautiful human being that day, and these kids lost an amazing and lovingly passionate father. As a father of 3 young kids now myself, It breaks my heart to think of what they could have had if Steve had never passed. Im so glad the Zoo Family are keeping his spirit so alive through memory, and that they remind Bindi and Robert of their fathers unconditional love of all things, especially them, so regularly.
I'm a Kiwi and have only been to Austalia Zoo once when I was 4 when we visited Australia. I would happily return to support their cause as many times as I could if I was to visit again.
Why are my eyes watering 😩 this touched my heart strings so much I remember when you guys were just little babies and seeing your dad on tv and I loved you all so much and seeing you all grow it's a huge awesome beautiful journey... Thank you Steve for being in our lives and continue to be through your family this is beautiful ❤️ happy birthday Robert. May you all stay safe.. maybe one day I'll get to go explore your area and be able to hug on a croc or alligator 🐊 truly amazing beautiful creatures... Thank you all for being here...
@Pops yes I totally agree 💯 💯 correct
It is obvious how much everyone misses and loves Steve. I remember growing up watching him as a kid. I thought he was brave to take the risks he did to help educate us on animals and their significance in the world. I think it is why I have come to appreciate the lives and existence of animals all over the world even more than I had already throughout the years. Thank you for sharing auch a beautiful touching and emotional moment. It is great to see how even though our loved ones are not physically with us they are still connected to us in so many different ways whether it be through animals, people, places or all of the above and more.
People don't talk enough about what an exceptional example of strength and grace Terri is. Steve's spirit is no doubt in his kids, and Terri did an incredible job raising them up. Not to mention her work in keeping Steve's legacy going through everything the family's accomplished since his passing. She's inspiring in so many ways!
Such a beautiful family. Terri and Steve did an amazing job with their kids. Steve's heart would burst with pride if he could see them now. Robert is such a confident, compentent young man. Amazing!

I cried when I seen him with his dad, Steve introduced me to these beautiful creatures and made me genuinely love and respect them
My kids were little and just loved Steve 's show when he passed . My son called me crying. He didnt understand how he loved animals so much, and died because of one!! His family has done him proud!!!
Happy Birthday Robert Irwin good to see they keeping the zoo going and are happy.
Proudly pursuing wildlife conservation. Steve said in an interview that is what he wants to see is Bindi and Robert running full force into wildlife conservation. The future is bright for these 2 young adults and I can't wait to see how they shape the world for future generations.

He even walks just like him, it’s wild. He’s his own man now though and a great photographer and we’re just as lucky to have the Irwin kids as we were their father ♥️✨✨✨

I still get emotional over the loss of Steve. Just to see someone with such a passion for life pass on is heart-wrenching to me. He'd be so proud of Bindi and Robert.
Steve Irwin lives on through Robert. His mum is so proud of her children. Anyone who loves nature, usually loves humanity too.
The world lost so much the day we lost Steve, but thank God he has two beautiful kids that share his passion and enthusiasm for all wildlife especially the crocs. (I love crocs myself..)
Thank you Terri, Bindi and Robert for carrying on Steve's legacy.. May God be with you and keep you safe always. That includes Gracie and Bindi's handsome husband..
Thank you for what you'll do for the zoo and for the wildlife.
I’m over here crying 😢 😭

Robert and Bindi are such a credit to their dad, he would be so proud of them both. Terri has done an amazing job raising them, she must be a wonderful woman because she has raised Bindi and Robert to be amazing young adults.
Oh breaks my heart I was a big fan of Steve when I was a kid I’ll never forget the day it happened and where I was when I found out the bad news . I pray his kids live a long prosperous life .
A spitting image of his dad. Steve is standing right beside them and is SO proud. Happy 18th Birthday Robert
