Why does every member of the Irwin family seem like they are genuinely the nicest people? They just all put out such good energy.
It's their love for animals. Anyone who loves animals that much just radiate good energy and love to all those around them.

Robert must have a brilliant memory. He has memories of his Dad and he died when Robert was only 2 and a half. Not many people can remember that far back.
I imagine all of the videos help. There was so much family footage, it’d fill in the blanks, of what may otherwise be a vague recollection.
@Startracker Anything before, approximately, the age of six tends to come in blurry flashes for people. I still remember the view of the mobile above my crib, as well as the pets of the neighbors who lived next to our first house. Nothing much else, though. (12/15/2021)

My first memories are at 3.5yrs
Robert is definitely his fathers double, there isn't a greater family than the Irwin family, stay safe everyone.
I really feel that’s unfair to Bindi & Terri. Bindi looks like her dad and her personality and enthusiasm is more like her father’s. Not that Robert don’t share some traits with Steve, but he’s softer and calmer like his mother.

When Robert was on the floor with the cockatoo pointing at the camera ( 3:18 ) ....just for a moment....he looked so much like Steve that my heart lurched. All good things to him on this day and every day, and all the family. They are all such wonderful examples of love, joy and kindness.

Why wouldn’t he say it? Its usage is very common in Australia. I guess by that logic every person in Australia is great which doesn’t seem likely.
@@fezzik7619 it's not the fact that he says mate that makes him great, saying he's great was not supposed to be related to the previous sentence. And him saying it a lot just showed how excited he was. That what I liked about it.🙂

It's so hard not to see his dad in him, I swear he is almost his clone!! His looks, his voice, his personality... Just as bright and enthusiastic as his dad!! I miss him greatly and I'm so glad to see their family is still doing so well.

Oh man. Watching this, I honestly can't help but think about what it would have been like to have Steve and Robert together, if Steve were still with us. The world wouldn't know what hit it. Personality-wise, those men really are two peas on a pod. We're so lucky to still have Robert, Terri, and Bindi and now Grace. What a wonderful gift to give back to him and the Zoo!

@@melaniel7947 It's very bittersweet. I'm happy to see the family doing so well, but there will always be a hole in the world where Steve used to be. My heart will always ache for him.
I remember my whole family being shocked to the core when the news of his death came in the news.
Devastating that Steve never got to see what a great young man he's turning into 😪

There is actually more drive and growth these days for belief in ghosts and spirits, aliens, and Big Foot than there is for organized Religion around the world. Especially among younger people. I can never get over just how much Robert is like his dad, and he's not even trying to be. Same passion, same energy, same sense of humor. They look, sound and even move alike. If Steve was still here these two would be more like best friends than just father and son.

Steve was my hero too. I still miss him to this day. Nobody could ever hope to measure up to Steve’s potential. Robert comes close, but hasn’t matched his dad yet. They look near identical, which makes my heart hurt.
Absolutely love the personal stories behind each vehicle Robert. That's one of the bonuses that we have as we grew older. More lovely memories & stories.

I have been a Crocodile Hunter fan since I was a teenager. I cried in my dorm room the day Steve died. I have kids of my own now and we love following his family on youtube. My kids love Robert. The past few weeks I keep thinking about how young the kids were when Steve died and how proud he would be of the people they have become. I remember when Bindi was little thinking, how can you get a kid to be that kind all the time? (Ask Terry if Bindi ever had tantrums because I have a hard time believing it :) ) I think it just goes to show what good people Terry and Steve are. They must have been wonderful parents and it is a shame that Steve had to go so soon but I just wanted to share that on the other side of the world, we see you, the wonderful work you do and genuinely love seeing a part of the Irwins and Australia Zoo's world. I'm not some old person who typically posts mushy things on youtube, but I find myself watching your channel even when my kids aren't around so I guess I have been thinking about this alot lol. Steve Irwin!! A legend that is missed very much. I used to watch Mr. Irwin as a kid and now as an adult still wishes he was still around! He was a tremendous human being not only to one another but to everyone and everything that lived on this planet. True legend Mr. Irwin.. you will be remembered forever.

Watching Robert relive those memories lifted my heart. He was genuinely touched by the gift. You can tell they are a tight knit family who surrounds themselves with good people. It's like that zoo has it's own universe ,and the Irwins live in it. It's beautiful! Love always is.

I swear I love these human beings so much it's insane. I have been an Irwin fan since I was 4 years old, and I have loved Robert since I was 8, and told my mum I wanted to marry a man like Steve Irwin, and she said "You know he's got a son, right?" and I said "He what now???" and she showed a picture of him and my heart was, is, and always will be, his. I am about to turn 15 now, and I still love him, more then ever. I really hope I get the chance to meet these angels on earth. Prayers and good vibes from me every day!

His sons littearly just like him ....i never really cared for wild life shows n what not...growing up...but I did WITH STEVE IRWIN!! ...he was such a real and intelligent and caring and wholesome person .....I haven't been able to like a wild life show since....to watch his kids littearly grow up with me!! And watching there lives unfold as we see here ....it makes me feel IRWINS STILL HERE WITH THEM!! ...its almost like...he's guided them on the paths him self...such a strong beautiful soul...RIP STEVE IRWIN!!

Steve IS still here, in our hearts, as long as we keep his memory alive. I know he’s in my heart, as seeing how much Robert looks like his dad actually makes me want to cry. I miss Steve so much. I never actually knew him, but he’s one of the reasons I love animals so much.

I grew up watching so many shows on Animal Planet. The Crocodile Hunter was one of my favorites of all time. I am in awe of how much Robert is like him... his goofy charming personality, the way he tells stories. Just everything about him. He is there with you guys. ❤
