Most gyoza I see that's store bought is frozen. Does this method work for frozen gyoza or do we need to thaw them out first?
Thanks for your question! Cooking frozen gyoza is totally fine, just make sure to cook the bottom until golden brown and cook until the skin transparent. Cook a little longer on medium-low heat for best results.
These pan fried gyozas looks so delicious !!! It literally reminds me of childhood memories when I was 4 or 5 years old making poached or pan-fried dumplings with my mom !!!!!!!!
Thank you for sharing the great memory with us!
very interesting) I did not know that about flour water trick :)
Glad you like it!
Thanks for watching!
@@kitchenprincessbamboo I like your channel. You show often the way, how to cook Asian foods, tasty and affordable for people living in Europe or USA with limited product offer in Asian markets)
these are one of my families favorite regular dishes to buy from a store so this will be defiantly helpful to better prep them
Let me know how yours turned out!
@@kitchenprincessbamboo typically put them in a pressure cooker on one of the shorter settings then in the oven for a short bit given tends to stick on pans.tgough think I put water in two early
